imported wallet to bitcoinqt and sent it again with a fee oh well.

Since Electrum never sent the transaction to the bitcoin network, it might have been a good idea to ask in the Electrum forum.  Sounds like you sent it via a different method now, so I suppose it doesn't really matter any more. If it happens again it would be a good idea to ask in the Electrum forum so the issue can be resolved in the software if necessary.

It was never pushed, so you won't get a confirmation. Dunno how to fix it.

Well, it was a solid 0.25 and I wanted to keep it in the other account as a solid 0.25 and I was going to work for 12 hours so I figured it had plenty of time to confirm, guess not..

Either way, I restarted and switched servers.

I've had one with 0 confirms for about 12 hours now.
Use a minimum fee of 0.0001 BTC, for you can be shure it arrives in a reasonable amount of time.

Connect to other Electrum servers. Also try to fix it by restarting Electrum a few times.
It looks like Electrum hasn't pushed it yet, so it will never confirm Tongue

All transactions under it are 110+ confirms:

I did, though, send the 0.25 before the first two received confirmations.

0.25 btc, the TxID is 17f4489abb2becda193d83f6dd6362b1a1b619165e04b15447015bf447040056 and it's not even in the blockchain.

Sent it through electrum.

Is it stacked on another unconfirmed transaction?  ie you sent coins, then before that transaction was confirmed you sent more coins with the change?  Blockchain.info generally doesn't show the transaction until the previous transaction is confirmed.

depends on the size.
you must've sent a relatively large transaction.
usually it'll go through quickly for most sizes
