I think the market will fall again in next week and start to recover in the October because ETF approval will be decided in September 30th and I believe it will be approved.

It is really hard to predict when the price will rise since the cryptocurrency market is such a surprise that in an instant it goes and abruptly goes down again but I am one of the hopefuls that it will be a good year ender just like the previous year.

I think and hope that by the end of this year the market will rise again. If that does not happen then we have to wait a long time for the market to rebound. At present, market prices have fallen sharply since late 2017 and early 2018, which is a good time to invest and hold until the market returns later this year or 2019.
I think that some changes for the better in the market we will be able to see somewhere in late October.

Wait for 2-5 months. Market will become active again soon. Make sure you have your alts ready by now.
I think it will take few months more. I feel like it's going to be default again and then it will rise back. Maybe 3-4 months. Or maybe more. Or less. Can't say for sure.
It would be great if this year it would recover as quickly as it was possible at all, I think that in December we will already see big changes in the price of BTC, I am sure that this will be positive changes, so perhaps we need to wait a little.
