Getting in touch with the customer care service or their technical support system will be the best way to get the solution to your problem in the fastest way possible and without errors. The only catch is, their replies are pretty slow.

Yes, plenty of people.
If you did some research before you used poloniex then you would have definitely found a lot of negative reviews surrounding their support in general. They are quite unresponsive and will take a long time to answer your queries.
For me, it took them 2 weeks to sort out something as simple as a withdrawal that is awaiting approval - and I'm one of the lucky ones. Your 4 months is definitely unacceptably long for a support case. May I ask what the problem was that has led you to contacting support in the first place? Have they replied to you or not at all?
Some screenshots would be helpful. But even with the recent circle acquisition i can't say that poloniex has gotten a lot better.
I waited six weeks for some issue once upon a time. After that I decided my business was better taken elsewhere.
Considering who now owns them it's pretty disgusting how shonky they still are. It's been several months now and there's all this legacy account freezing bullshit and support still sounds pathetic. There's not even a bubble any more.
I expected it to be a shining example to every other exchange by now.

Poloniex fucked up, big time. I am surprised the US DoJ even did something here. There are so many people who want to file a class action lawsuit against poloniex for stealing their funds. At some point, I started to think that all exchanges are just online version of banks, which they are, hope is lost. I hardly exchanges now,including binance. Considering who now owns them it's pretty disgusting how shonky they still are. It's been several months now and there's all this legacy account freezing bullshit and support still sounds pathetic. There's not even a bubble any more.
I expected it to be a shining example to every other exchange by now.

Some people waited 3 months and got an answer, but that's no good. I expected polo to have more support staff once, Circle acquired it, but that only made things worse. OP, did you hear back or not?
Poloni was recently acquired by circle so the chances that you'll eventually get a solution is pretty high. Circle needs to do a lot of improvements to poloni and that will take time. You'll like need highly identifying documents to get money out of poloni and I believe they started doing this a while back to try and avoid legal issues with several countries.

Don’t panic. Because I believe that Polponix Exchange support team always assist you their better services. You just send them detailing your problem then hopefully they will send you the best solution.
I think if you have posted a screenshot or some details about the type of problems you are facing it would have enabled us to help you. Bu, I think right now, you should be contacting their support team, they will definitely main you back with some solutions.

Usually due to technical glitch alot of messages take longer time to respond or even reach to the platform. There resend the message again, hopefully your problem will be solved in no time.
The best thing that you can do communicate with Poloniex support. Although I did not know enough about Poloniex. But still I believe they will solve this issue. It’s not a issue to concern
From my point of view it’s not a issue to concern. Although I don’t know much about this issue. I think it will be helpful for you if you communicate with Poloniex support. They can easily solve your problem.
I think there are some technical problem to contract with you. you should contract again in poloniex. Poloniex will give you a better service. it's not looking good for poloniex. they should solve your problem .
It's not good to have a problem hanging for four months. You have to contact poloniex again. I think there is a technical problem somewhere. They must be important to you. you are a most valuable for Poloniex.
It maybe technical problem. Try to contact them .Poloniex have one problem they take time to responsed. try to contact again and again hopefully they will response and will solve your problem.
I know a little bit about this issue, but if you support poloniex contact will be nice again I think.Send the request to Poloniex again hopefully your problem can be completed quickly.

What problems did you experience there? Have you sent a support ticket to them? If you have done the right thing and did not violate the rules that apply there, then you should have received a reply from him and your problem has been resolved. You did not mention the type of issue you have faced from using Poloniex. However, I would suggest you contact their customer support and if you have already contacted then be patient and wait for their reply. They will definitely get back to you.
This is very unusal in crypto market. I think, you should communicate with them at their help line so that they can provide you the actual information and get you some solutions to resolve your issues.
