At least 2 years. Oprah would have little effect on the price because by then many people would already own bitcoins and those who buy then would be dealing in millibits.

By the time Oprah puts Bitcoin on her show, it will be so commonplace and such a hot topic that her exposure of it will have little effect.
Only when Bitcoin is accepted by the lowest common denominator will it be featured on a show like Oprah's.
