They are both risky, but I think gambling is riskier than trading since when you gamble, you have to beat the house in order to win, which is impossible if you aim for a consistent win or long term winning. On the other hand, trading is also a game of prediction, but along the way you can improve as you learn from every mistake you will make. Personally, if I have to choose, I would choose trading over gambling, but I can do both by treating gambling as a fun activity.

İ usually play in Bet365 and Unibet instead of crypto gambling sites. I already send the email about time limit on my account to the support team and they never let my account be online more than 8 hours per day.
I was addicted but fortunately now I can stay away from gambling as long as I want. I just gamble when I got bored with my daily activity or when there were promotions being held by gambling sites.
I am also not an addicted player. But I think I need a suggestion to prevent from addiction. It seems to be very helpful someday.
Yeah, it is interesting that you can fix the addicted problem. Moreover, now you totally can free from depending on gambling. I am very curious about how you can find a solution. And how you can control your self to not be addicted again. I think it will be great if you want to share your experience.
Staying without gambling is not a big matter for long time but once we are experiencing gambling after that quitting will be giving more addictive to gambling I cannot live without gambling for a day in this type of case so if addicted to something it will not leave you easily.
Once you really trap on gambling its hard to leave now but of course you have to do everything to stop that addiction. Gambling is part of our life in many ways but if its on casinos I believe i can grow older without visiting casinos not because there’s already an online gambling but i believe it is better and right for me not to get addict. 
Glad i am normal people, i mean i am not addicted yet. So if i not play gambling for a long time, honestly it is no problem for me. But maybe to leave online games, i think i still can't do it.
I don't gamble usually, I prefer online games with out money involve, this too is addicting but at least I am not losing money and it doesn't do me any harm aside from staying awake till late at night and not accomplishing anything. This is making me unproductive but still better than getting addicted in gambling. There's a lot of things that can substitute gambling if you are bored, it just takes a right perspective.
Every day is a gamble, a life without risk is a fallacy because no one can avoid it altogether. Stepping away from betting for money should be possible though, I would suggest the valid alternative of competitive sports or any game with involving game play should offer a similar feeling without the drawbacks of any monetary worries
I can stop gambling whenever I want to. I gamble occasionally and I don't consider myself even close to becoming addicted.

Yeah. I think the question isn't for everybody. Only for those that gamble on a consistent basis only. If you ask anyone who isn't much fond of playing any gambling games, then easily the answer would be that they don't need to gamble everyday. Now ask a dedicated gambler and you may have a different answer. Ask a gambling addict and well, we know their answer to this question.

You are on that part of your life that you can't leave gambling. Be careful of yourself when you have money because it can make you be like that person to lose until you have money holding on your hand. 1-2 days of maximum without gambling means it's hard for you to overcome addiction.
Maybe if I'll go out of town and no internet then I would not gamble, but honestly, I still have a control since I'm more matured now and have learned from my past mistakes. I'm done in chasing my luck in gambling as the reality always happens, I still long over time.

Most of the addicted gamblers really can't control themselves on playing gambling games... in my experience I can only control myself and stop gambling whenever I don't have any balances in my wallet so my solution is that whenever I have funds in my wallet, I transfer it to exchange and invest a coin and just do trading and keep telling myself trading is much better than gambling because it's a slow version meaning it's also a gambling but have a slower result and I'm playing it for a long time.I can stop completely without gambling and can control myself.

It is all about the gamblers self trust upon gambling and the self control he have upon him. Most of the time I get fed up with losses that happen back to back. By that moment my mind prefer to get out of gambling. With such a mind I used to leave gambling and in very short after taking small break for few days I used to come back again.
