In XEM we trust
I've got about 100 because when I first started btc I didn't understand exactly how it worked so spammed the new address button to try and get one I liked.

you created addresses until you found one you like? haha never heard of that before
It's pretty much called a vanity address. You could even brute force millions of addresses  per minute to find the address that suits you.

You can read more about it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/vanitygen-vanity-bitcoin-address-generatorminer-v022-25804

I have like 3 addresses total.

Have 3 currently, one is my main address I use to send and receive payments, another is a secondary address for micro earnings, and the last one I deposit all my earnings into it, where I store it there, never to be touched again. Smiley

I don't like to have many addresses, especially using a new address every time. I don't really see anonymity as an importance, so I'm fine with just using a main address for my funds.

At this moment I have 0.2 worth of bitcoins , I won it at a raffle promo.
Um.. excuse me sir, the OP asked about how many BITCOIN ADDRESS do you have, not how much Bitcoin do you have.

I only have 1 bitcoin address
It's totally not safe for you, if someone hack your wallet or maybe you lost the private key then you will lose everything.
lol I just know, if you have only 1 address, its very risky and not safe  Roll Eyes
Well, having one address doesn't mean it isn't safe, it just means that if anything happens to that one address that it would affect his entire wallet. If he knows what he is doing, one address will be all he'll need. People just suggest multiple addresses for the partially increased anonymity and the ability to divide your funds among the wallets to prevent you from losing all of your funds if something happens. You can have 5 addresses on one hard drive and if the hard drive gets corrupted or is damaged, that's the end of the entire set of funds.

I have many addresses mostly for cold storage, it allows me to split my bitcoin holdings up so that if a private key was compromised i wouldn't lose every thing.  bitcoin was originally designed for an address to only be used once anyway.  for security and anonymity reasons.  check out the link below

Well above 50. For every new transaction from a new person, I make a new little wallet with their name on it. This is so they can reuse that address, and I can keep track of my transactions. If only my bitcoin wallet allowed me to label transactions sent to me. If I only had one wallet address, id have to keep up with ~50 txes a day. Hell no.

I have a total of two addresses that handle all the bitcoins trading that i engage in. One is for paying my bills among other necessities that i require on a daily basis. It is like my salary account. the second one is so special, I use it only on the matters to do with investment. I did this so that I can be able to differentiate and even have control over what I am spending. I do not want to own more than two accounts since these two work out for me.

So far I have... one address on blockchain and 20 + addresses on Electrum. I created new addresses for each transaction. It's just so much simpler and easier to keep track of what is going in and going out.

When whatching some videos about bitcoin i came to know there is lots of address can be made for bitcoin almost unlimited. So creating many addresses doesn't seem to affect bitcoin network.

I have around 3 address 2 of those are cold wallet address and 1 main everyday hot wallet. I have Cold wallet to store in safer place and stop me from spending madly in gamblings.

It's totally not safe for you, if someone hack your wallet or maybe you lost the private key then you will lose everything.
If someone does hack your wallet, all your addresses would also get hacked if you placed them altogether. It's 2015, is there anyone still not having a backup to their private key? There is no risk from hacking even if you reuse the address right now, it is only about the privacy.
That's why you have to use more than 1 wallet
Anything could happen, how if you somehow accidentally remove the backup

I did not that one must not reuse bitcoin address to remain anonymous. I have 2 bitcoin wallet, but I am using only one address each. Now I know it, I will create different address per transaction.

Yes, this is the basic step you can do to increase your financial privacy with bitcoin. Remember, bitcoin is not anonymous (http://www.bitcoinisnotanonymous.com/)
