I save around 0.3 bitcoin. I use bitcoin every day to buy all the daily needs. I may not be able to save more than this bitcoin.
I am always interested to spend it.

That 's big enough, I too, have not saved any bitcoin, only a fraction of it, because I am also using it from time to time, maybe this year I could save a bitcoin since I am already working and not much using my coins in the wallet to buy my personal things... But if I total what I have spent before, I think it's more than 1 bitcoin since the time I start collecting it.

Thats a decent amount! since you cant save up to much if you  used it  sometimes for your needs . As of now i saved small amount of bitcoin since im using it  for everyday living sad to say but i need to spent this bitcoin for survival because im a jobless person. Hopefuly someday i could find someways to increase  my earnings so that i could save up sometimes.

Just recently got into BTC; I have 2.5 saved up.
Plan on taking 25% of each of my paychecks and accumulating and seeing what will happen in 2017 or later in the year.

Thoughts? Ideas? Speculation? Advice? Tips?

 Huh

Why do you spend bitcoin that you earn rather than just spending fiat to buy what you need? I prefer to accumulate and hold whatever bitcoin i earn or buy . The only time i really lose bitcoin is when i use it to buy into other altcoins to try and increase my net amount but obviously sometimes maybe more often than not i lose out on a tyrade and lose whatever bitcoin ive invested. Ive never bought anything with bitcoin that i could just as easily buy with fiat since i feel bitcoin is more valuable as price will only go up.

I currently only have a little over 1 bitcoin, but I have had more in the past. It's hard to accumulate much when you have a family to support and you can't afford to risk much.

My suggestion is not to discuss how many BTC you have saved up on a public forum Smiley
why? its because vulnerable to be a target of hacker who wants your bitcoin?
i don't think that sharing how much you have saved up publicly will affected to something serious ,
just do not be too outspoken ,
anyways taking 25% of your paycheck are more than enough , i myself just take 10% only and i have kept it since last year.
Only fool would publicly made a statement that he is holding a great number of bitcoins. When you do that you are already putting your investment at risk and you could be surprise in one day your bitcoins are gone, hackers are everywhere so we need to be very careful as they are skilled enough to do almost the impossible.
only a fool one too who just believe everything that strangers stated lol ,
do you believe me if i say i have invested and saved 10k bitcoin in my bitcoin qt wallet since 2010 ago?
lol if you just believe on it ,
take it easy and do not be too outspoken .
Definitely, if you have a good amount of bitcoin in your wallet you will not publicly say it that you have because you are risking your bitcoins and yourself, some are just watching us and if they will have a chance they will steal from us.
exactly right, what makes us interested in using bitcoin is because we can saving the money without being noticed by others so that we are never going to tell anyone how many bitcoin we have. no one can easily steal your bitcoin as long as you keep them safely.

This time I've spent some bitcoin I have had for a purpose, so now there are only 0.1 BTC in my wallet, but I guess it was enough to make it a lot back. Well, maybe with trading, I can generate a lot of bitcoin, but I guess using 0.1 BTC it will take quite a long time, but I guess it was fun  Smiley
I think if you just have a little bitcoin in your wallet you have to be careful if you want to use methods that require capital to generate a bitcoin. maybe I will use 0.08 btc as a capital and 0.02 BTC i will make it stay in the wallet just for backup money

I will save 90% of the bitcoins and hold them for the long term. Then I use 10% bitcoins to buy things.
I save 100% of bitcoin that I earned from signature campaign. The bitcoin I obtain from other methods I use to buy things online or for small investments.

I have spent some bitcoin to buy some Ethereum. The price is suppressed by the ETC scandal, it might be higher in the future.

Biggest advice is only invest what you can afford to lose! And if you are accumulating, make sure you store your BTC somewhere safe (not in an exchange for example), and make sure you have your wallet backed up. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

How I wish I could have that much in savings but just started recently but think I'm making progress though. I will say my savings so far is < 0.1 but I think this is due to the fact that I'm a risk averse individual I could have made more... Anyways, the sky is the limit... My 2 cents...
It is never too late for anyone to save mate, you can start saving now if really want to accumulate more money in the future. It is just a matter of self discipline and focus on your goal in life. Remember that savings should not be optional as it will take care both our future investment and for the rainy days to come.

It's never to late till you are alive, but at my opinion everybody saving somethig for future, cause live without any reserved money is very very risky.

Maybe his 2.5btc is just 1/12 to his total holdings. Yes no fool should announce how many Bitcoin does he hold because you don't even know there are hackers everywhere and yo can hardly trace them which one. I do agree with you, hackers are skilled enough to do things that you think that's impossible to happen.
