For and addicted gambler, no amount of profit will stop them from gambling because they are addicts.

For reasonable people though this is not true and one might stop after winning a set amount of money. But there's no end of greediness.

In my case, I will stop after winning 10 BTC because I'll be too busy Driving my Porsche instead of Gambling^^

How many BTC it would take for you to quit gambling and why? Or, if any amount of BTC would make you quit gambling at all.

Well, as for will need like 50 Bitcoin if the value of bitcoin increase to $50,000 and I will also quite gambling if I loose one bitcoin at the rate of $10,000 and that is my bench mark on both side for me to quite gambling.

You require 50 btc to stop gambling cool had it being a 100$ btc price somebody would have given a though but asking for 50000$ btc price so its like assumed that you would not like to quit easily and it is going to be difficult for you only as addiction ratio is quite high and you might fall in that trap if you do not have a control on it.

I would be happy with what I have lost in the past 2 years for me to walk away from gambling forever.
I choose not to disclose how much I have lost in that time because it brings back some memories I wish not to revisit so early on in the new year.

It is a substantial amount, let me put it this way. Embarrassed
That is painful, but at least you should be glad that you learned your lesson, besides you have a lot of time to recover the bitcoin you have lost, sometimes it is painful thinking about the money we have gambled or spent on useless stuff but we cannot let the past to rule over us.
That’s a nice suggestion. We should never ever let our past rule us and ruin our future and present. Past is meant to stay in past. The only good it can do to you is simply giving you some good lessons, otherwise it is of no worth. Try to learn from your past mistakes and never let them cross you ever again. By working hard, there is nothing impossible to recover but don’t try recovering it by gambling.

Obviously I do not play to make money, of course everyone wants to make money. But human life is quite stressful and everyone wants to play the game a little bit. Sports betting is suitable for low-budget people, and the casino is often preferred by rich people. For this reason, there is no relation between gambling and economic situation.

I wouldn't quit gambling completely even if I won the JackPot biggest prize, because I don't play exclusively for profit and to become rich, but to have some fun. The difference is that after winning a big prize I wouldn't gamble online anymore, I would travel to the nice cities in the world to play on the land based casinos there with all confort I could have. Those playing to become rich will become poorer than they are now.
And those playing trying to feel rich while doing so will become really poor as well, if I won any kind of big jackpot I will not gamble anymore and invest that money and live out of my investments for the rest of my life that way I will not have to ever worry about money again.
It's not bad to play like you're rich but what's worse is that you're rich but you are not humble or brags in front of everyone about it. What's worse is that you play like a rich person but that's the only money you got left, you would lose everything and be broke after playing. I hope I would have that kind of investment that would set me up for life.
The problem is that many people have that problem and not only with gambling, I had a friend that earned more or less the same amount of money than me, but he always wore better clothes and had nicer cars, I knew that unless he had another income or won the lottery he was deeply in debt, he got fired and now he has nothing and bunch of debts.
So what is the advantage of that cars and fancy clothes, all in vain? Actually the source of income depends and this is a best factor for you to determine whether your success is going to the right way or not. Like you have told about your friend, there are so many who even don’t care about themselves although they know they are doing wrong but still they are up for losing everything they have.
Yeah it was all in vain, people want to have nice stuff but they do that when they cannot really afford it, they go deeply in debt and they live paycheck to paycheck, while I would like to be in a better economic position, I could be fired from my job and still live comfortably for several months.

This is a big question because gambling has been here long before BTC is created. This runs from the adults to kids gambling at the street. When is enough enough or when we have to stop?
Some gambling addicts destroys their life their families and their own wealth to gamble. So basically the end of this is when we have nothing to gamble even our own soul.
Are we trying to win back? We must always remember that there are no guarantees and there are no sure returns. The online gambling industries are making BTC as a payment and if I'm the one you will be asking if when are you going to stop, stop right there and do trading or investments itself or buy some ferrari and porsche again or donate it to charity.
The needs to satisfy yourself is not bad because it it your own decision but still think about sharing some of that, and making some second thought about what to do in your life.
The amount of losses won't be able to stop you. The only one who can stop you is yourself alone.

It's impossible to stop gambling especially if you've won so much Bitcoin. On the other hand, most people only stop when they have got nothing left.
You are right, I don't think that people they didn't have any greed about money, even too bit greed. So even a gambler win a huge amount that he can live with it in the whole life, they want more.

Yeah, it is impossible that people stop or quit gambling if they already achieve their desire from it. Even i think gamblers play gambling more becasue they have earned from it and in gambling usually gamblers have no limitation to quit gambling in the winning stage. The reason Gamblers have no least stage of greediness.
Yes, no one can stop to gamble even he had achieved what he wanted to achieve from gambling in his life because the greed for more never allows them to sit at their place and they rely upon gambling to meet their basic life needs and for that, they simply move forward to gambling when they face financial crisis. I have also seen gamblers who are at the last stages of life but still they play gambling to earn money.
That's the thing that we need to work on if we are gambling all the time. The greediness inside of us is the only thing that comes between profit and loss. If you know how to control it and limit yourself it would be beneficial for yourself and also for your bank account. What do you even mean by last stages of life? Are they dying? Probably losing all of their money would result to that.
I think greed can never be erased as it is natural thing. But as you said, one can control his greed if can’t finish it at all because control is something that totally depends on the person himself.

If you will be the man of strong will power, then controlling greed for yourself would not be a big deal but if the case is opposite then no one can save you from meeting disastrous ends in the end of your life.

Looking on how I bet and my realistic expectation about my style of play I must say that 3-5 BTC would be enough for me to stop gambling and that winning won't be earned during one sitting as I bet small around .01BTC to .15BTC. 3-5 BTC would be a huge boost to my financial position as I can start a good business with it and can really help me to start a better life. I will also depend on some promotions of the site as winning their lottery or other events can be life changing even though you don't bet high or even bet at all.

As I think that gambling is just to have some fun, but remembering how much I lose last year makes me lonely, though from that time btc is worth
only 800$ so I'm just enjoying it but thinking it now and those spare btc if I only save it I can  call myself a millionaire now from where am I, glad
that I was able to control now and not allow myself to play too much.

Gambling for the sake of making money will never has a good ending strory for sure.
Let's say you set a target like when you have achieved 500 bitcoin from gambling as a prize you will leave it forever.
That is bullshit , i doubt you can realize it since you have a wrong mindset about gambling itself.
I think if you are real gambler the purpose why you do gambling it is because you want a quick profit from it, where they are trying to make money through seeking a huge prize from any kind of online gambling. I think that guy that you are quoting for is just pretending of being a rich man from the front of everyone. I don't have idea why is acting like that, maybe he just  wants to get the sympathy of everyone.
