It would be close to impossible to determine how many people own a Casascius physical bitcoin because some people own many of these.
You may be able to determine how many coins have been minted so far by looking into their site: https://casascius.com/
You can also find a couple of coin trackers on the website but i think they are only for funded coins and Casascius have minted some unfunded coins too.

I never heard this coin, moreover have this coin, did you a developer of Casascius coin? when this coin launch? do you have a goal to make this pool? or just give me a link to ANN Casascius coin, i will read the Casasius information by myself 
They were on of the or the first (not sure) physical bitcoins that were created.
They hold different amounts of bitcoin with the private key protected with a holo seal.
I think they are worth 1 or 2 bitcoin more than what they hold (may have changed with recent price increase) and are not produced anymore.
