XSpec held to its normal range through all this. Sad cause I wanted to scoop up more at a cheaper price.
Not a single one has been in the green over the last 2 or 3 days. My best performer was OMG, which looks like it only lost about 10% as of now. I have a lot in the green today (last 24 hours), starting to work it's way up, hopefully, but over all, everything was hit pretty hard.
Besides Bitcoin, I'm holding Siacoin and Lisk. Throughout the whole Bitcoin price drop, Siacoin was in the deep red while Lisk dropped a tiny bit. Now only Siacoin is deep red, while Lisk is in the green.
If the coins are not green keep it one more time, don't be in a hurry to sell. You will feel sorry when selling them at low prices, only to realize a few weeks later it was green. Everything will be fine, if you do not be too hasty decision.
None, it as like a wild ride but these ups and downs are a good reason why more people will come with new money into crypto...it's because you can make (and also lose) so much, so fast. It's the potential that's so attractive. At least that's how I see it.
i have BTC,WAVES and idon't worry about this.because i want to hold it for long time.so that i can get more profit.
All were until a few hours ago, bought some more though 
my ETH and bitcoin still on red zone, wanna cut lose but i believe if that coins will rise again. only need more time to hold. not really buy at high price but still loss a little amount
I am having just two coins with me. Bitcoin and DeepOnion. And both of them are in deep red. But it doesn't matter much for me, as I am a long term holder. But during the past 2-3 hours, BTC prices have risen from $2,975 per coin to $3,640 (in Coinbase).
I am only holding bitcoin. The reason is sooner or later the economy will recover and the first crypto that will recover is bitcoin.
I have 3 coins from 10, that are green right now. But I am holding strong, because the altmoon ist near in my opinion. After this China shit the market will recover. The people are over reacting like hell, theyre all have too much panic. China is playing with us like every year

Today it is only DAR, and GAS that remained green. I wonder for how long....

All coins I hold are red now and the coins you mentioned are not good coins maybe except ark. It's not surprising the market lost 60B in one week.
All are in the red the rest of those in the green would follow also cos the state of panic is high right now, most people are selling to get more fiat.

Something I need to do and learn as well. It is very tough since it is counter intuitive...cashing out when things are going great is like butchering the goose that lays the golden egg.
