You can pick the first number in 525 ways. The second number in 524 ways. And so on. Getting this part is simple:

(525-0)*(525-1)*(525-2)*...*(525-34)

Also, it doesn't matter if you picked number "a" first, and then number "b", or maybe number "b" first, and then "a". So, you divide it by the number of combinations for picking 35 numbers:

1*2*3*...*35

If you divide the first line by the second one, you will get binomial coefficients.
