Don't know the exact number but there are so many countries that used to be against Bitcoin but are now starting to accept Bitcoin payments. India, Russia, are few to name. These countries were strictly against Bitcoin but the recent stance of their local governments has shown a great shift in policy. Consequently, the demand of Bitcoin has suddenly gone up in those countries.

In my country no Bank accepts for payment or exchange bitcoin. This can be done only through online exchangers. To be honest for me it's not a problem. I'm not upset if everything will remain as it is. The less the government will have a relationship to the freer bitcoin will be the currency.

Officially as a currency in an official place it isn't, but technically you can use it in whatever way since you can exchange them to actual currency i whatever place you would like to.. I heard about an inhabited island doing that but of course it's not actually used since there is no trading there anyway and is just a publicity stunt.
Actually in my country in the Philippines some banks now are accepting bitcoins as an exchange to real money. And I do not know what other countries are accepting it but US also are accepting it and not just banks but also some stores like fast-food chain. They are not accepting bitcoins yet when it becomes to payments and other transactions. But when you look at the other perspectives you can exchange it into a real currency which is they are accepting and that makes bitcoin useable.

The legal status of bitcoin varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them. Whilst the majority of countries do not make the usage of bitcoin itself illegal (with the exceptions of: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador & Kyrgyzstan)

Legalizing Bitcoin and not banning it are different things. The very fact that most countries are not banning Bitcoin is a great thing imo. Shame that there are still countries like Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh and maybe some others who ban Bitcoin use on their territory. Hopefully it's a temporal thing, until their stone age governments will be changed.
so far i dont think it is already many, remember every country has its own law regarding such things like that, maybe they already know bitcoin but they will recently studying if they will pass it in the bill and legalizes it and let everyone will use it and let every establishment accepts it as one of their accepted currency their. we should respect each country.

I do respect each country and its people, but I don't respect governments which restrict freedoms of their people. People should have the right to use whatever cryptocurrency they want and there should be no excuses for banning something as good as Bitcoin.
I appreciate your opinion and extremely in agreement with you. It’s not people who are refusing bitcoins, its governments who are afraid of making bitcoins legal because it will loosen their grip on public and their personal business. It’s really cruel on the part of government to make people deprived of enjoying perks of emerging diamond of the digital world.

Exactly. We shouldn't blame people of Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan and Bangladesh for making Bitcoin illegal. I'm sure most of them suffer from this and that's a shame that their governments don't care.

Don't have a certain data on how many countries did recently accepted bitcoin. What's the most important to me is on how they are going to manage to make the popularity of bitcoin stable on their places. Even they will accept bitcoin but there's a lack of promotion then their citizens will never know that they are already into crypto.

Data is 0.
There is no country which as a government body is accepting bitcoin payments. 0.

As for countries that have legalized bitcoin the list is on the wiki
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory

That was the least you could do to make your post less spammy.

And no, legalizing bitcoin isn't make that country accepting bitcoin.
Think of marijuana. Can you pay your taxes with dope in California?

It is appropriate for the government to give freedom to its citizens to exercise their rights and there is no binding restriction on the rights of citizens. Likewise with the right to freedom to use digital currency crypto, unless it is indeed a criminal act of course there must be rules that limit it. So far bitcoin has a very good role in helping the economy of its users in any country they live.

It can't be determined about how the total numbers of countries are accepting bitcoin right now. But there is a conclusion if a lot of countries are accepting it without an official announcement from the government. I said that Those countries were not determined the Bitcoin as an illegal or legal commodity. The bitcoin still on the gray area.
I mean all of the risks on bitcoin was becoming the user's responsibility.

I remember in the eraly month of 2017 I think february when the central bank in our country talks about cryptocurrencies and how they are going to regulate it. What you're saying is true, as long as there as no further announcement made by the government there is also no laws regarding on this matter and that's make you in a pinch situation when something bad happens because there are a lot of things missing in the system of Bitcoin. The right way in measuring things like credit risks and formal resolution in transacting  btc are still missing here.
For the meantime, I'm reaching the updates regarding on how my country will adopt to these changes. Right now I am responsible on all of my coins.

Well if you haven't heard, India has legalised bitcoin recently, whether this is good or bad is still yet to be discovered. On one hand more countries accepting bitcoin is always good since it brings more attention, but since power in India is super cheap may pose a question for the miners.

I think it will have a good effect on bitcoin or its users. Of course there will be many parties like stores that will receive payment with bitcoin, and certainly there will be many people who will start using bitcoin and of course this will have a good effect on bitcoin

We can't know exactly how many countries have accepted Bitcoin since Bitcoin is still a mystery to the world government. I think Bitcoin can convert to cash, it means Bitcoin has been accepted in that country

There is still no reliable research that states how many countries are receiving btc, but only news of btc observers in their respective countries. There is a country that has not received the transaction as an acknowledged payment but in that country there is already received the sale with the original money of the country, if this kind of country can not be acknowledged?
