Would you mind showing what martingale strategy works for you? I have seen few here people claim Ed work.. Guess they are thesame as your strategy ? This is important so we can know which strategy works for you compared with others to find consistent pattern and understand what works & doesn't work

I don't like jumping from different sites because that would be annoying and tiring. As far as I find my comfort zone I'll stick with it as long as I enjoy while playing. At first it may take a lot of time to search that comfort zone but once I find it you will barely see me switching sites when I'm having fun.

I played to the 5 gambling sites right now and I use different startegy depends on my mood or what I think is really works.
But not all the time we need to rely to the tot he startegy that we have or that we use when we are playing gambling because sometimes is not appropriate or works. Better to play without startegy because sometimes is really works too. Startegy is not necessary is only need to low chace to losses.
I don't know the difference when you play with one site or more. honestly I prefer to play with 1 site that makes me comfortable, because gambling for me is about fun right? if you play and have fun on 1 that site, that's enough. moreover, playing strategies on many sites don't really affect your chance to win. It wont really matter how many sites you play but what type of game you play. Say you play dice or slots or any other EV- game then you be in a negative balance after playing sometime. There is no doubt in this because every human functions like any other human. People can not stop their greed from taking over and small wins dont really matter to them. But who is there to judge anyway 
On the other hand if you are playing sports betting, poker or EV+ game then your skills would matter. Being knowledgeable about the game and players will give you an advantage over other players.

Im using 2 gambling sites, one is for dice game and the other one is for sports bet.
Everytime I gamble I use the same strategy because thats what I used to. Dice game for me is all about luck whatever strategy you use, but in sports bet I think having a knowledge on the previous game of the current players is an edge to predict whose likely to win the game. But this is not the case always luck is still needed.

I'm playing in two currently, namely Mintdice and Bitsler and I enjoy the dice games. I don't really have a set strategy when playing on these plarforms but I do know when I would stop, especially when I lost a huge amount on my initial bankroll. There are times that I go crazy and go all in for one time and so far, I haven't lost on my all-ins. Tried martingale, bt that doesn't bring me any luck though.

Currently, i am playing 3 online casinos but i am using 3 different strategies in 3 websites in bustabit, my strategy is to cashout at 5x increase my base bet to 20% everytime i lose for example 1000 bits if that loses my next bet would 1200 bits in bitvest i don't usually deposit there but i always play there with free satoshi and chat rains and sometimes i alwayswithdrew 0.005 btc from playing there and also, the chat is always fun there too. and lastly rocketpot.io my strategy there is bet at 1.01 and wait to hit 1000x or 50x for jackpot wheel and that's it.

I play on three gambling sites but only concentrated on one, I just shifted from the two gambling sites when I lose all my funds from the main gambling site I'm playing, honestly, there's not much different, you will win sometimes but you will lose more often, but I win more on the gambling site where I play the most.

Currently the only gambling platform I'm on is the premier league prediction game carried out through the Superbru platform. My strategy isn't quite working great for me as I'm currently standing at the 2nd to last position although I joined two weeks late compared to others still that's no excuse for my poor performance so far but I'll be working on that anything soon.
Previously I have been relying on the wide card, giving unfavorable teams a chance to prove themselves but not much have impress me. Starting this week I'll be applying a different approach and hopefully my success rate will improve.

I'm playing on at least 4 sites now and uses a different variation on the martingale and some guessing method and I found out that I have good success implementing a method on one gambling site that is not effective on other gambling sites, how about you?
I'm playing with atleast 3 gambling sites. I tend to gamble in sportbetting, dice games, and other casino games in which no gambling site can offer all of the three games I'm playing at the same time as what I get from the 3 gambling sites that I'm currently using. When I am playing gambling on many websites, I don't use any strategy, and I leave it with the default setting. I think that it is difficult for me to set it up before playing because I don't know any gambling method or strategy to be used. When I don't use strategy, I feel hard to win the games, and even if I use a strategy, I think that will not increase my chance to win.
I think some gamblers can win the games if they used strategy. But I don't think they can win for a long time of playing gambling because I know that the luck factor will be needed to win. So rather than to use the strategy which I think it will be complicated for me to set, I will play gambling without a strategy.

I don't really use strategy when I gamble but when I do I usually use martingale although it is notorious for it's losing profit in the long run
but it can sometimes benefit you if you're lucky but I wouldn't recommend it to someone if they are to ask me for a strategy.

In past i play on directbet and sportsbet. But for now i am only use sportsbet and Planet Of Bets to see if i can pick good footbal market. Because unfortunately, Directbet closed it's services although i think there are no problem with them and the simple things maybe can make directbet to be favourite for some persons.
Directbet was gone, it was the most popular sportsbook in the past I guess. Now, I played with sportstbet ( this one is definitely improving), and nitrogensports, they are the most legit sportsbook now, I grade them rated A.
I also played planet of bets, one of the early sportsbook but they are not as good as the sportsbook I've mentioned because the odds of that sportsbook is not so competitive. I know the site still exist but I'm not using it anymore .

I don't really use strategy when I gamble but when I do I usually use martingale although it is notorious for it's losing profit in the long run

You are right, it will only give you a way to lose instead of having gains. But not actually we just put blame into our strategy, it is between us who never have that luck in time we gamble and suffer big losses, and might it get worse when we use martingale strategy.

I recently playing with just 3 gambling sites, I am not sticking in the same strategy if I am playing with different gambling dice, maybe if your game is the same, like dice game for all the gambling site you playing, then you can use some strategy.
I have this recently gambling site which cockfighting, every game is taking too much time, you need to wait for how many minutes before you can start to bet and some fights takes so long so it's difficult if you will apply some strategy you also using with some gambling games, like dice game or roulette.

I am using the same strategy because I don't gamble much to beat the house since it's an impossible mission for me based on my experience.
As of now, I'm pretty much interested in sports betting, so the strategy will never change, I may gamble from different gambling sites, just to look for available line if the other sportsbook does not offer the line I'm looking, but it doesn't happen most of the time since mostly they have the same odds provider.

Regularly I visit 3 gambling sites including Bitsler to play dice, nitrogensports to place my bets of my favorite sports and stake if i want an alternative, but if how many gambling sites i visited and registered, I lost count already because everytime there is a new site that shows up here, I register, play for a few days and give feedback but I always end up going back to Bitsler.
