Hardly, i can speak 2 languages only
I can speak three languages: my mother tongue, the international language and our national language.
Only 1 
I can speak 4 languages total but 2 of those are local languages can't used online to talk unless you are from same region.

My first language I learned was alsacian (a german dialect)
then i learnt French in school
then in school i learned german (it almost same than alsacian)
then 1 year english in scool
And when i was 40 i started learning English in night school...
and with internet...
I like read and write English...and speak it...but i have difficulties to understand the spoken words...it's to fast (lol)

My mother tongue is English but I learnt a little bit of French at school.
to be honest I've forgotten most of whhat I learnt in french now. I really wish I could remember more now.

I only speak 1 languages
learned mandarin chinese when i was young (and took more classes in high school and college), and took french in high school. unfortunately, i don't think i retained much.

I know four languages. From Nepal so Nepali, studies are in English so know that as well, and because of many people the local language Hindi and lastly, Slovak cause I'm living here right now.
here in MURICA, it is emphasized that the USA is all that matters. hence, i only speak english.

I'm excellent with English and German.
Although learning more of these languages is useless. I'd rather that we all start talking in C++, C# and such.
