No , most of the time as i have seen many of them don't allow carry more than 1 signature in the same time , And you better don't try that coz they probably kick you out of both the campaigns if they find out , And one last thing I suggest you try to get rank up instead of getting worry about signature campaign , most of the campaigns don't accept jr usually.
You only have one signature, and can only be used for one siganture campaign. If you want to join with another signature campaign where will you save the second singnature? The impossible thing is every manager that allows participants to keeping up another signature campaign, and this is the impossible question I have ever found.

In signature campaign you can join them at once and if you want to join another signature campaign you need to leave the first bounty that you already join

you can only join one sign-up campaign through an account. On the name it's like the profile of your profile throughout the duration of your campaign. That's why you can join in a single signing campaign. wishes to be able to participate in more than one sign but this is not possible.
Just try to see if you can wear two signatures at the same time. If you are a development team, do you like it? It's a good idea to use 2 accounts for 2 different signature campaigns. But be careful, you can be locked out at any time
I recently Joined a Signature Campaign and found few more interesting ones that had me think, whether it is possible to Join more than one Signature Campaign for a Jr. Member, if the Bounty program allows.
