Great, I find that keeping a healthy routine prevents overloads. Other than that, set a little time out for relaxation.

For me as a family man what motivate me to work is by think only my family. thinking about food that we should eat 3 times a day I just don't  want to provide them what they need but I also wanted to give what they want. my family happiness is my great motivation.

To motivate oneself to work, one should be determined of what he or she wants to achieve at work in a specific time period. One must also set the course of actions to achieve the set objectives.
One should build on his or her strength at work.
One should have good self esteem, believe that he or she is capable of attaining a particular goal at work.

I think the best way is to remove yourself of all distractions, throw on something motivation (be it a YouTube video or something) and get to work.

I recently just cleared out my laptop, removing social media logins, messenger, etc. I'm leaving that to my phone. You have no idea how much it helps with regards to focus.

The less distractions the better.

PS: If you do this, protect your BTC before moving things off your laptop, just a reminder Tongue

It's very simple, set a goal and strive to do it. Think about the positive side of what you do and think you will change your mind and attitude.

the messages on this thread have been very motivating to me. I will also add a few of my own. 1. work for  s set period of time, the pomidoro method. where you set an alarm for 25min and you do nothing else but work for 25min. I have been using this method for the last year to help me sit down and write my articles and it has greatly improved my performance. 2. when you start  working know exactly what you plan to do, have a result by the end of your set working time. if you only have 20min for example then do an activity or part of an activity that you will be able to finish in that time.

Do not dwell on your problems, learn from it, shake it off and move on. If you dwell on a problem for too long, it might grab you by the tail, swing you around and totally destroy your self esteem.
