Why not just get a loan for the money you need, Seems like a better deal than selling your valuable account. You can continue to collect the payments while you have the loan out. Repaying the loan for you.

I don't really agree with the selling or transferring of BTC talk accounts. Makes me wonder whether is the person I am talking to, really the person I used to know?

There is selling of accounts everywhere regardless of the website even in facebook there are selling of accounts. But for me, with this type of rank that is enrolled in a good signature campaign. I guess this is going to be a high valued digital goods. I presume that somewhat 0.5 BTC up to 1 BTC is possible just for this account.

There is many ways to check if person behind account is real owner or it is just second hand owner, scammer or hacker that take over some account.. One of the best way to protect your account is stake your Bitcoin addres with signed message in this thread:

The amount you have asked for is pretty much reasonable as one can earn upto 30 usd worth btc a month from such campaigns . If you are asking for this much then it is a perfect price anyone should go for .

I think 0.5 BTC for Hero Member account is good price, but if you want to try, you can open auction here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=73.0

With minimum price and "Buy It Now" price. In this way you will see if there are some interested buyers..

If the account has simply been missed for removal, this thread will probably take care of that or any agreements that the account owner has made with a camp manager will be void upon sale of the account.

The price of 0.45-0.50 btc for whatever rank, Sr. to Hero is not justified even if they are in bitmixer campaign.  The price is extremely high and not worthy as even bitmixer camapign is running from a long time what guarantee does the buyer have that their signature will stop in the next 2 months ? None. There's no warranty and because of that that price is unjustified.

But I am sure you will find persons interested for such accounts. I have read a few threads that they wanted to buy an account enrolled in bitmixer campaign.

Bitmixer campaign will have same pay rate for all participants regardless of their forum rank. It means a hero rank account with bitmixer campaign enrollment may worth basic hero account's worth+bitmixer enrollment worth, a hero account will not have any special bitmixer enrollment worth due to same pay rate nature of that campaign.
But if seeing the same of their pay rate I think that is not a problem considering from the time of the campaign is already running and the rate is always stable and it's included in a high category of sign payment in this time.
I agree, bitmixer has decent pay rates at this time and I'm not mentioning any problem with same pay rate for different ranks, but considering the rank with bitmixer enrolment will not give any significant difference in account's worth.
I mean to say bitmixer enrolled Sr. member and Hero member account will have same difference in price from without bitmixer enrollment but similar rank accounts.

It's quite pointless to sell your account that is enrolled in such a great campaign that is and will be running for a very long time.

If you sell your account, then you receive a certain amount right now, but if you keep participating in the bitmixer signature campaign for many more months, maybe even years, then you can save up a more than decent amount of coins.

0.14BTC per month equals 1.68BTC per year. That's nearly $1000 worth of coins at current price, and do your calculations when the price goes up even more.

Will the campaign manager allow to the new account owner to keep participating in the campaign if he finds out the account has been sold? This is not very likely and the buyer takes a risk. Unless he's not interested to continue the campaign. But otherwise you could easily get 0.5 BTC for your account.

.
^^^  Yeah, this.  I priced my account over at that thread and got an approx. price of BTC0.37.

Since bitmixer.io has been here a long time, with an excellent reputation, a Hero account would be worth some BTC0.5, IMO.

However, the Campaign Manager would possibly not be in favor of the account holder selling to an unknown new owner.

My 2 cents...

None of the sales anyways happen with the public knowing. So you are obviously not running into that risk.

They still moderate the quality of the posts, and if the new user starts posting non-constructive posts, he or she will be banned from the campaign. The members in that campaign has proven their worth and has shown that they can promote the campaign with quality posts.

There are no guarantees that the manager of the campaign will not pick up that the ownership changed and that the post quality deteriorated, so he or she might end up buying a Hero account and then get kicked off the campaign. ^hmm^

Providing that an account has neutral or positive trust, then the buyer can put it in whatever campaign they choose.  The only way that the camp will make a difference is if the account has negative trust and has somehow found its way to be grandfathered in the camp.

What's so special about the account being in the bitmixer signature campaign, how much does a hero member account in this campaign earn per post?

Nothing special, they don't pay the best rate to hero member. From the overview of signature campaign, 0.0007 btc per post, lower than some others, such as bitsler   0.0014.

Also there is a risk involved of getting banned from campaign if they find out it is bought account if you request change of payment address.Even worse account can get negative trust also.
I suggest op to keep account and try to get some loan instead that you can pay back with signature payment

Thanks, yeah nothing special in that at all, i get more than that and not encouraged to spam like the members in that campaign trying to reach 50 posts a week.
The special things from the account it's just about already enrolled in bitmixer and already running for more than 2 years. correct me if I'm wrong.

0.5 btc is a reasonable price ,think you will find a buyer without any problem
if that account has good reputation and trust the price can be much higher,I have seen hero members sold at 0.6-1 btc here.
This account is bringing 0.14 btc per month (provided it doesn't get kicked from the sig campaign) so it can be considered as an investment with 4-5 months return,so yeah like gentlemand said-
start an auction and see where does it get you
another thing to consider ,as it affects the price ,is the btc address connected to this account+e-mail

Please don't sell accounts with the private key to an old address attached, the only reason a person would want to buy such accounts is to scam.
If you care for the other members on this forum then you won't sell the private key with account.

Legit, scammers will forge a signed message to scam, it is very important to keep the private key of the staked address
