Noone is selling for that price. People are ready to buy it for 0.8BTC. There is a lot of demand at that price and the sellers are actually less.

But the current situation right now is there are a few buyers.. hopefully the BTC environment will be better on the coming days

Theres not much interest in sig campaigns for now, so the prices of accounts have gone down quite a bit.
If another bubble comes and bitcointalk gets flooded with large number of newcomers, the sig campaigns will flourish again, and hero accounts price will rise sharply.

How much are they worth?
You'd probably get more if you part them out. There is a large demand for kidney's, livers & hearts of heroes.
