Definitely more than 0 and less than 10. Donating is pretty much useless. I wonder why people still think that these donations will make a change? There are various reasons for which I do not donate to any major charities. People need to stop wasting their money on them. Those charities are actually run like businesses and I do not like paying for the staffs luxury lifestyle. Besides, it is also quite hard to expose charity fraud in addition of there being better ways of doing things.
Here is some more information. (10.)Duke Ellington - "Selfishness can be a virtue. Selfishness is essential to survival, and without survival we cannot protect those whom we love more than ourselves."
TL;DL version: Don't waste Bitcoin by donating without deep consideration and research.
Ahh. If I would to donate to a non-profit organization again, I would only donate to animal or pets organization. Simply because I like animal and pets more than human.
.

Quoted. Hopefully this will increase your post visibility.
I will be honest and admit shamefully that I haven't donated anything yet. Looking at the above posts I have realized that I should do it since Bitcoin has been good to me so far!
I promise that I will find couple of organizations that accept Bitcoin and donate some funds! This is also a very good way of promoting Bitcoin ecosystem I suppose.
That's good. I suggest you to check out FreeBitco.in. There is a option to donate satoshi from free rolling to charity. A few hundred of satoshi might.. well.
This is a good list. I will add it to the first post. Hopefully others will try to donate some Bitcoin to those charities.
I donated a small amount via Da Dice to the Nepal earthquake victims some time ago but that's the only bitcoin charity donation I've ever made.
Fiat wise me & my girlfriend give to charity all the time, we sponsor a young boy from Ghana with monthly donations. He sends us photos, letters & paintings etc. it's pretty cool. We're going out to see him next summer for the first time.
Ahh. Next month, when you have chance, tell him to create a Bitcoin wallet. So you can send him "money" without high fees. Anyway, be sure to make a thread in off-topic section.
