No one can predict this, it's all about luck and how much risk you wanna take. Although betting on football and cricket matches you can use statistics to reduce the risk and watch out for highest probabilities and that's pretty much it. I would advice that if you are gambling then just play for fun and don't addicted towards gambling otherwise it will wreck your life.

The Op question is how much you earn in gambling. Not what is gambling. I think in gambling I made a profit in only sports betting that too very fewer coins. How much I am not remembered. But in slot games, i never made any profit the result is always lost. So if I compare both of them, then my earning is zero.

not same loses might be much bigger as we all can say that gambling is just for the lucky ones we can have small winnings from time to time but when the loses hit us it can be more than the amount that we won, i think from ga,bling the only thing you earn is the enjoyment that you got but in an actual money/btc its very rare to say that we win.

I also can't remember how many loses I have when I play gambling, unlike winnings you can count it on your fingers because winnings are not happening as often as we wanted. But if you win you can really earn big amount.

For me, i have tried a lot of different type of gambling and i find it hard to win regardless of what kind of gambling. I tried to play with strategy but all of them failed. For me, it is really hard just to win once.
