The last time I invested this amount in HYIP and lost everything. Therefore, I personally did not earn 25 dollars from investing.

If you would invest that much little money in bitcoin trading (most probably also altcoins) then you have pretty good chance to earn huge profits and by compounding the same amount you can increase your income. It is best way to turn you $25 into four to five figures income. But be careful while you invest it. You study the market first. Checkout which altcoin is giving best of it and then look forward invest your money. If you make a good start then you can make good amount of profit for sure. Happy investing and earning 
Lol doubled in a day. What a joke. It's obviously a scam or won't last very long at all. Normal interest rates for fiat are 0.01-10% a YEAR maybe. 10% being a higher risk investment. I call bs on your whole operation. It's not sustainable.
Bitcoin doubling or tripling through investment plans were mostly scam. Only very few get benefited and rest gets trapped because of few proof of payment. It's not sustainable and $25 is quite good for for gambling and if lucky people might get the chance of doubling the respective amount.
If you have $25 in your pocket and if you want to invest your money . Try to start trade and buy altcoin with cheap price and then wait the price to increase before you sell and for sure you will make a good profit. But buy altcoin only who have potentiak to increase how do you know what altcoin pump? Just make a research to know that. Dont invest your money in hyip .

But if you invest on hyip websites, its the same and the max profit i saw is 120% for 1 day , the more profit you earn the more risk you get. So do it safe !
All you mentioned do have greater risk since you do mention about hyip and gambling and yes its possible to obtain those returns but on very small chances if you are not lucky enough on gambling and speaking on hyip its not really advisable to put money on the site no matter what.

For more than 5 years I knew about Bitcoin, Dogecoin haven't exceeded 100 satoshi and the movement is really really show compared with other altcoins. So saying Dogecoin is good for small investment is wrong.

nah, it is way too risky. exactly because the price is too low.
you see it is a two way street, it can go both ways and on both ways it can burn you badly. and on the way down 1 satoshi is more hurtful than 1 satoshi on the way up can be profitable.
