Most sig campaigns dont accept member ranks and also they are starting to accept only sr.member ranks, so you tell me if those are really worth something..

the price is low because there isn't a lot of signature compaigns that accepts Member rank so no one will profit from the account .. if there is .. low payment
I would recommend you to go to Full Member and just enroll your self in Signature compaigns , you will earn more with some time & efforts of course
