On my laptop i have free hard disk space is 600gb out of 1000gb.
380gb... its mostly empty.
I have about 100gb left. I keep a lot on my external drives which are nearly full.
I have all of my hard drive space remaining. I've banished all hard drives from my computers and use them as paper weights now.
I am using a fair amount of SSD space though.
