But now they pay us via TOKEN/ Pre Mined Currency!!
That way they saves a huge budget!
Because those Token Has no real value before the whole projects development,fund rising,exchange listing and etc!
even so many promising projects fails and uneven one passes!
some don't even pay you!
such as dock!

Well it depend on success of ICO, and what kind of bounty campaign you join. If you have a high rank and you participate in signature campaign, the reward could be some ETH.

It's difficult to answer this question, since your earnings related to bounty tasks can differ for a lot of aspects: how the bounty you have chosen is profitable, your rank on the bitcointalk forum and obviously which tasks you are doing (translations, for instance, give you a higher reward).
It is impossible to say how much we are going to make because it depends on upon the % they allocated to the bounty and sometime many participants will participate in the bounty campaign. Nobody doesn't know how many coins we are going to get because we have to follow their rules and regulation otherwise, we won't get any stakes.

Difficult to say how much. Bounty is not stable channel to get balance income. I had got 1000$ from Cybermiles campaig or get 500$ from Merculet... The key to get the high rewards is find the good bounty to do. Highly recommend you join the Bounty which is handled by Krypital team.
It used to be great but not anymore.. Bounty rules have been increased and even if you get all the requirements done , you may still get 0!!! I have seen it many times..

It really depends on the project because most of the time you get tokens and they only increase in value if the project is successful. So it's very important to choose a project you believe in and not choose one because you think it's paying high because the tokens usually fall below ICO price for most projects these days.
The amount of reward that a person will get in a bounty depends:

If you join social media campaigns on every bounties, you can earn a lot of money, more bounties more chance of earnings. Just make sure you have many followers on twitter and more friends on fb.
I really like working with projects ico: sometimes they have good campaigns and really interesting offer. It takes a lot of time to find such a company or project. There are many services and sites, forums where they advise what to choose - you can search there. Over time, you will begin to understand where the prospect is - I'm now working with several projects. (my favorite is the ico EON project) The market starts to grow and it's cool. This is a good time to earn.
