Anyway I feel comfortable having with me between $50 and $100; I also have always with me a prepaid debit card and my bank debity card but, after reading this thread, I completely reconsidered my behaviour and from now on I will leave at home at least one of the two cards (if not both) when unnecessary.

This thread made me aware I have a bad habit, thanks OP for making it.

Last week my wallet is stolen. Since then I don't carry a lot of money with me. I only carry 30-40$ for emergency, other than that I use my credit cards.

Why would you carry around $500 if you're unlikely to need it. Just seems like asking for trouble. You can always just put your cards in your wallet no need for cash (though you can keep a little cash in but only what you'd need on a day to day basis).
Where did I state that it was unlikely that I would need it?
I'm a person who's trying to be efficient. I do not go out into the city, walking without a reason. I do not carry money when I do activities such as exercising as it is not needed. You do realize that in various restaurants, coffee shops and clubs credit cards are not accepted? Besides, I'd rather not let the system know what I'm exactly spending my money on (when using credit cards).

When I know that I will not spend money, I carry between $10 and $20 (rare occasions).

I very rare carry cash.  For at least the last 15 years almost every transaction I conduct is with a card or online.  There are rare occasions I need cash (car wash, babysitter, etc.) I'll take it out.  On a day to day basis I carry a single debit card with me for places I can't pay by contactless and that's it.  I find it particularly frustrating visiting cash-based economies where I end up carrying around a selection of coins and notes.  If there's ever a problem with card processing and networks go down I'm stuffed but if I'm in London I'm armed with a season ticket to get me home at least.

I had ~$160 in my wallet. Removed enough to get it well under $100.

Had I lost my wallet I'd have been double screwed.

I also took out my debit card, don't have much in that account but again, debit cards are super dangerous.
My credit card also. No need to carry that around in my case.

I assume different people with different tendencies and risk assessments will carry varying amounts of cash on them.
I also assume that BTC, and credit cards can eliminate nearly all the risks with having cash, valuable shit, etc on you for transactions but cash is still king.
