There is trouble abrewing
in my experience it depends on a couple of factors.
1. your age! if you are a teenager and your "savings" is  small amount then invest all of it in bitcoin, why not! you are not paying for your living anyways Wink
2. is it all the money you own in the world? then no. invest a smaller part of it to decrease the risk. as they say invest what you can afford to lose.
3. is it the money you saved up with a lot of efforts after a long time of working, or is it like a part of your salary, the new year bonus or something like that. obviously if it is the bonus investing it if you don't need it is better.

you see it is not a simple 5% 10% ,... 100% answer. and if you can not decide on your own then maybe you should consult someone else, a friend or even a financial adviser maybe.

For me at least 50% of your savings would be reasonable enough to invest in cryptos though in the past few weeks the value of most coins do not appreciate and rather depreciate it still a good point to plan holding them as a long term investment because chance are cryptos can probably hit the market and appreciate much in the future. Many are positive to the idea that bitcoin can reach $20000 and I think alts will be valued higher than today so I think its not bat to take a risk for cryptos

Whatever level of risk you want to take and what you can afford. For me this means most of my savings. I'm also cutting back on unnecessary luxuries (coffee, etc.) to buy more coins.

i have some savings and want to invest in bitcoin. should i just input some pocket money or 10% or 50% of it or all in? i wont use the savings for a long long term. besides, if i lose all these money it wont effect my present life. advice please.

I would not invest more in risky things that I can afford to lose.
If somebody would ask me a number, I would say about ten, maybe 15%. Not more.
Losing such an amount is not nice, but it won't bring you close to a bankrupt either.
And when you look at the profit , you see that bitcoin price now is ten times higher than last year.
That would mean you could double your money in one year if things work fine, or lose 10% if things go really bad.
To me that sounds like a fair deal...

Definitely don't use all your savings for investing into a Bitcoin casino, even if it's a trusted one.
I would only invest an amount that you're comfortable losing if anything happens, you need to decide how much that is in your case.

If it were me, I'd be investing only around 10% of my savings.

It depends on you as others have said: "only invest on what you can afford to lose". In your case, you said if you lose your money it won't affect your present state so I suggest to go "ALL IN" and let it grow.

Around 7~8% at present for me.

i agree! 20 or 30% is a very high percentage.

Think that is money you can lose! Maybe you can invest max 10% of your savings...

I do think that you should go for 50% of whatever you get and try to adjust in that 50% .. you could for once spend less and live sober and simple and later on you can easily enjoy those savings in future , it's really not that hard to control your urges to a while.

Whatever you eat in Dominos and all try and limit it for a certain while .

Go for it and control , it will be gold for the future.

I will say maybe you put a 50% and make it into 2 or 3 different coin to diversify your portfolio rather than put all into a single coin. Although all on 1 single coin may be more profitable but is more risky and you wont want to be out of the market with a single trade.....

10 to 20 5 should be invested. You can risk more if you do not have any responsibilities.

I do not think you invest all your savings into bitcoin. You can buy a little to store. Investing in it must capture a lot of information and follow up daily. Its value is unstable. You should spend that money to take care of your life

You should not invest all your savings in crypto because it is full of risk and you can loss more than 90% of your investment within no time. I will suggest you to invest only what you can afford to loss or less than 30% of your total savings.

It depends on you, I personally think 30 or 20% of the total savings can be invested in bitcoin. But as there are altcoins as well it should be 10%

It depends, if you don't feel you have much burden in life you can invest a lot. But most people do have families so it would be hard to put too much savings into it. At the end of the day, it is still pretty close to gambling.

It depends on how do you trust cryptocurrencies. It is good to save money, but if it only sleeps in your wallet, it has no use. You should use your savings, make it work for you. If you use it righteously, good for you. I think it is one one of investing your savings if you use it with bitcoin. I guess it is really a good to invest in bitcoin nowadays so If I were you, I will use my savings in bitcoin and other cryptos.
