Aren't we always connected? I'd say that I'd be connected to the internet anytime I'm not sleeping.
This. And we wanted it to be that way. Just smartphones are not really that different from all former communication methods. They combine realtime voice communication with classical delayed paper mail. Same old in new form.Nobody would have objected on telephones "beeing always online". Think about.
I spend about 6 to 10 hours daily. Spending more than 10 hours online daily is probably not good to your health.
7h and I hate it. I need to move more ffs.

). You definitely should. Limit the amount of time you spend online, work on some productive hobbies, and go meet people with likeminded interests. meetup.org is really useful for this kind of thing.
3-4 Hours a day, busy real life job don't give time to spend more then that.

The question is how much time you spend online. If you are not doing anything online are not spending time online.

I would say few hours daily, don't expect a normal average of online time in a BTC forum...
