I have seen an offer today for a "member account" for $100
The buyer must be a impatient person who want to ranked up by fast with buying an account.

I have seen an offer today for a "member account" for $100

i think youre sell over value
if only member rank can sell 100 dollar or this mean over 0.02 bitcoin, i think you very lucky
Pardon me? Do you understand what he said or know what are you saying?

The price depends on its activity compared to current signature campaign income. Campaigns are probably the only reason why people want to buy accounts, the only other reason I see is trying to buy accounts with positive trust to promote your own business or trying to scam someone.
For example a Sr account should be worth at least 0.1 BTC, because if you join a decent campaign you can make it back in a month. An account with positive trust is worth much more.

A Sr. account can get 0.1 month for just posting here? This is insane.

We have bctalkaccountpricer but I believe it's far from being accurate or at least, people don't buy or sell based on it, Its still useful to get other info though. If you want to have a basic idea about the prices, you must check the Invites & accounts sub section (in Digital goods) and see how much are offering or selling for.

probably, those users who are selling an account with a potential rank are not actually setting the price based on the price that's showing from the information generated by bctalkaccountpricer . maybe those accounts that already has a higher activity and rank are being sold for a price that is close to the price that is generated by the said site .

The price of Bitcointalk account depend on quality post, rank, potential activity (easily find out a lot of Newbie or Jr.Member account with Sr.Member potential in Auction), account is hacked or not, banned or not, clean or in blacklist or not. In my opinion there are all factors that determines the price of one Bitcointalk account.

There are several ways you can go about regarding this.
1. You can use bctalkaccountpricer.info to find out details regarding the account. Just don't believe the estimated account value.
2. You can check the auctions part of this forum and find out what prices others are selling their accounts for.
3. You can PM various account sellers to learn more information regarding this topic.

There isnt any accurate prices out there in the internet but what i do know is that the prices that are given for a specific account depends on the previous user of it. Full member accounts can go up to 200 $ while sr member can go up to 300 $

That site is waaay inaccurate as far as I know.   And I don't think it's adjusted its prices to take into account the recent rise in the price of bitcoin.  Last I checked there were a lot fewer people buying accounts, which is good because they shouldn't be doing that.

OP, buying and selling bct accounts is really frowned upon here.  I would advise you to not do it.  You'll get your account red tagged.

The first link someone posted right after you will give you the best aprox price for your account, but you can just go and take a look at the service section if someones's selling some account and compare it with that. But as much as I remember, from a year or two ago, SR. member account was around ~40-50$.

I have got couple suggestions about selling my bitcoin talk account when I was Sr. Member, but those people suggested really cheap money like 10 mBTC which that time was not so big money indeed. So I think the bitcoin talk account will bring you much more money if you stay it for yourself and become a good commentator and believe me, with higher rank your earnings will be really big. So, better don't sell. Wink

How to check worth ?
anyway how much worth

Sr . member account
and full member account ?

Well, it really depends on the owner of the account. It depends on its rank also. As high as the rank of the account had, the costly it will be. I don't heard about selling bitcoin accounts but then it will surely possible. It is hard for an account to rank up and a great patience will be involve.

how much worth

It depends on the account and it depends on who is making the buy/sell decision.

For example, any account that you might be selling will never be worth more than 0.00000001 BTC to me if I am buying it.

However, my account is worth more than 20999999.9769 BTC to me if I am selling it.

Stop trolling, Danny, willya.
OP you can buy my account for practically nothing: 150 BTC and you are a legend.

You can see it at bitcointalkpriceestimator.com you will also see all of your records there. This is the official pricing of accounts. But we can not say it because other people sell it below the BTCPS price.

Here's what you do to make sure that if you have a sale with an idea then what price will you start selling it to interested people

Yeah this site is good too but if you still want some info about selling your bitcointalk acount then maybe you can go to this furom marketplace in auction you can find a lot of bitcointalk acount selling there maybe it can help you realise what price you want to sell you acount

I do object to people selling their accounts. This leads to the fact that your account can benefit from an unworthy person or a crook. Account is the user's face which can give an idea about his master. Hopefully this will not happen.
