It depends. When it comes to my normal wallets that I use quite frequently, I check them plenty of times every week. When it comes to my cold wallets, I have not checked back my cold wallets balance since 2015.
I use paper wallets created on a clean PC so I don't check those balances very often as I don't need to.

I don't check my cold storage very often, I check my hot wallets whenever I'm sending or receiving, and I keep a very close eye on my exchange balance, poker balance, and altcoin staking inputs....So, if I took on overall average, I'd have to say that I spend a great deal of time managing my wallets!

I am so much busy in work so don't check often, but Normally login to wallet when there is any transaction or when I receive any payment...notification informs me to check when payment comes.
Mostly when I am about to send or receive a transaction which is around 5 or 6 times per week.
I'm checking my wallet ballance at least 2 times a day and also when I waiting for a payment. I'm using Coinbase wallet, so everythime when I getting transaction I also receiving email message about that, so I don't need to check my wallet often.
More than once a day and much more frequently when I am expecting to receive some payment. I always check them to make sure that I still have my coins and others have not yet hacked my account. I also change my password every now and then just to be sure.

Yeah i do that. I check my bitcoin wallet often. More over when the day is payment day of signatures campaign, i usually check it until few time.. because i am very happy when i see my balance is additional.

i don't usually check my bitcoin wallet balance, because there is no point to just checking it over and over unless there is a change in balance that i want to see if it is confirmed or not.

I do it once a day, and I also have honey traps { Bitcoin addresses with small amounts, I stored on my computer... to trip hackers and to alert me, if someone has accessed my pc. } You never know,

Only to check when I'm receiving and spending. Is there any other reason to do it? I guess some people like to gloat over their riches. I don't got any.

Me i always check it hourly because sometimes my friends that loaned at me they pay so im always checking so that i know if my friend pay me or not. And sometimes i check it because my investment in many hyip are hourly paying so i need to check my balance if they are paying.

Usually once a day, but I don not kind if I miss to check it few days. I mostly check it more often if I know a transaction is coming in.
I voted other, because I don't really care what's in it because I know it's safely hidden in my encrypted paper wallet. I do check the price often, but the balance I don't. I'm concerned on the daily price movements. Idk why but it has been my routine to check it once or twice daily.
I only check my wallet only whenever I receive payment to my address, just to confirm that I'd receive it or not and I'll frequently check until I got a confirmation.
It's rare for me to check it, maybe 1-2 times a week, I have the Blockchain.info text messaging service to alert me of incoming payments.
i do save 30% from all of my bitcoin at blockchain wallet and save the rest at local exchange and altcoins exchange and i do not so often check my bitcoin balance at those sites and may be only once time per day
