That's what people need to understand. There is basically no point in taking such high risks only to earn a couple of folds of your investment since there are higher chances of losing the money than getting profits since the coins or tokens they choose to invest in barely make it anywhere and die off as soon as they are ignored by the masses because a cryptocurrency requires investments in order to gain value and if a coin or token isn't bought by a lot of people, it won't gain any value.

There is nothing wrong in doing that if you are using a very small percentage of your capital just to try your luck but some people invest very large amounts in such coins and tokens only with the hope that they might earn a lot of money from them if they manage to get some hype and eventually pump really hard which barely happens with most of them.

Well we have had a mini pump the last 72 hours - biggest we have seen for a long time anyway.

I am just going to continue to DCA until the halving next year then sell bit by bit throughout 2024 & 2025.

My guess is he got influenced by the halving hype which is said to be associated with a bull run but like you said, maybe things will go differently this time around. He is not a newbie anymore and he already done a good job there of buying and hodling. He can just continue doing it and don't expect too much on some certain dates. We bought the coin so we know if we are already in profit or not. We can just be patient and sell accordingly if the right moment comes in.

Yeah, many people are joining and the intensity can get higher when there are events such as halving. Indeed there are surprises but it's not always about the growth of the price. It can be a massive dump too, so it's better to be prepared.

Some in Altcoins and others in bitcoin , while many are supporting both altcoins and bitcoins.
but asking to how quick? there is no certain , unless it is about Shitcoin or Pump and dump currency? then it may be past but as long as the market shows like what we are sitting right now? never over expect or face the consequences .

thats right, there will be so many altcoins created at the beginning of the bullrun, everyone wanna make their own coins and become rich out of it, but when bullrun is ended or nearing the end, these altcoins are gonna be dead and turns into zero, thats the thing with bullrun.
the veteran holders definitely already figured out this pattern.
investing in some random altcoin only good at initial bullrun, after that its gonna be too much risk and also waste of time.

stop believing in projects that mostly created in before the BullRun because those are commonly going with the flow of the market but ending for nothing sooner.

agreed. But the formula is, when a shitcoins pump, it literally pump a lot like 4-5x or more. And people want to catch that. They buy and thought, maybe this shitcoin will go more higher then he'll sell but most of the time, people can't sell or need to dump his coins with loss. That's why such shitcoins should be avoided. If any professional investor can go to death of analysis then maybe he can risk a little for higher amount of money on a unknown/shitcoin during bull run to try his luck, although i never suggest so. It is better to have a less profit with safe inventment in my opinion.

If there's a miracle that the shitcoin you have had its price pumped, I think it's the time for you to sell that because most likely it will never pump again, maybe some people try to pump it for some reason which gives you a chance to sell. Shitcoins are just built and die, no purpose of being a long term project whatsoever. Those tokens that has a potential is a different thing since there are real supporters and holders of the coin which makes the coin alive and being traded even if its a bear season.

And this is the main reason on why there are really people who do really love on trying out to touch up shitcoins for the fact that there are really indeed whales who would really be tending to pump out those shit tokens or coins in the market randomly on which even if it is really that a total garbage kind of project but still those whales did make some pump then for those who had bought on the bottom would definitely be making themselves rich on the time that they have tons of those coins on which this is something that some people are aiming for.This is why its not really that surprising that there would really be those people whom do really love on touching these shit coins despite of being shit.

But in overall then its not really that something recommendable on touching up these coins knowing that chances for you to make money out of it is really that very slim but if you do have the money

How can you even be sure about the 2024/2025 bull run? There are chances of it but one can not be sure about the bull run. Also, we need to clearly define what bull run means I mean after how much X we call it bull run.
Whatever the conditions of the market, if the said situation is there and you see 2 or 3x returns, I think you should book some. And if the conditions are not favorable, you can accumulate to have more gains in the coming bull run season.

And that's how the market is being manipulated, and it's really up to us if we will ride on the trend but if you've been left on the top then you should cut the loss. This only happens if BTC is going down they will buy a huge amount of sh*tcoins and wait for the small traders to take the bait then sell if the target volume or marketcap has already been reached.

During the bull run all coins are pumped, it doesn't matter if they are good or bad, just that bad projects have a high risk of being scammed, but that doesn't mean you can't make money from it. For example, nobody knew that Luna would turn out to be a scam, but nevertheless the project showed great growth. So it all depends on luck.
