OMG shahzadafzal & o_e_l_e_o I just realized there is any little bit more error there, try look the Step 4 Subject so much different with Final Step Subject and my friends from my country try it and he forget it and I want fix it with copy the subject but it no working coz there are some missing words, so can u help me ?

You are absolutely right - thanks for pointing that out. I've reformatted my original post to make it a little easier to follow, and also added in this extra final step.

In Final Step:

We need change code topic=4144474 to topic=497545 right?
Because if we not change it, when someone click link quote they will be not on target post by theymos.

Here is the illustration with pictures...

Step 1
- Find the locked post which you want to quote
- Click the title

Step 2:
- You will see the message id in URL  Copy id

Step 3
- Go to the topic where you wan to quote
- Click "Quote" (any post in the topic)
- If Quick Reply is enabled then Right Click "Quote" and open in New Tab



Step 4
- You  should see the URL with quote=xxxxxx
- Replace this id with id you copied in Step 2



Final Step:
- ta-da  your quote is ready
- You can reply it here or copy paste any where you want.

Find the post you want to quote, and click on its title to reload the page to that specific post. Then copy the message number (last 8 digits) from the URL.

Then, in the thread you want to reply in, click on "quote" on any post. In the URL bar on the new page, paste over the 8 digits after "quote=" with your new 8 digits. Press enter.

To ensure the quote links properly, you then need to take the 7 digits after "topic=" from the original post (as in step 1), and paste them over the digits after "link=topic=" in the body of your reply.

2 day ago I try "how quote Post if topic has ben lock" and now I succes to solve it, with details of user name, link & topic, and special date code.

Remember:
-User name: This option You need put who make a post first and please don't  put another people.
-Link & Topic: This option You need put where Link & Topic coming from.
-Year / Month / Date / Hour: This option You need special date code UNIX time and please note the AM & PM clock format don't until wrong, if u want know where u can get it enjoy just more step.
-Detail: This option You need following detail author attribute like Bold, Italicized, Underline, etc.
-Note: If you no following that, maybe some one can report you account about plagiarism.

Special date code UNIX time:
If u don't know date programmers you can find code UNIX time in https://currentmillis.com
Click=>Date-Time Calendar



And set the date corresponding to the original post (In currentmillis.com There use format time 24 hour)

For moderator I do not mean to make people do plagiarism, because I see people just give qoute post without detail the word and year / month / date / hour about that post.
