At the end of the year, we do not see much progress in the market. The market is still in a correction mode. Meanwhile, the market has been in the same position for a few days. How reasonable do you think investing in Bitcoin now in this situation?
It depends on your plan because if you're going to invest and hold it for long period then dont mind the price and just buy. The current value is not as expensive as few weeks back. Therefore if you really want to invest in Bitcoin this time would be advisable, unless if you're looking for short term profit and wants a much cheaper price before buying.

Nevertheless buying Bitcoin is always reasonable because its a profitable investment (though it has risk). Hence, know what you're getting into for your own good.

If we turn to the history of the development of BTC, we can see that everyone who invested in Bitcoin all made a profit, provided that no one sold their BTC below the price for which the purchase was made. This means that if the price of Bitcoin continues to rise, then it makes no difference when you invest in BTC. This can be done now, tomorrow and after, all the same you will be able to sell it at a higher price afterwards. So if you believe in Bitcoin and its purpose, then yes you can invest in BTC right now.

bitcoin is for long term mate, i mean it will not work for short term if you really want a good return in just a short period of time. In future trading perhaps but investing, i think 5years or 10 is enough wherein you will become highly profitable. By the way i actually checked the graph if what percentage i can get from it if however i invested money for years. And yup it's not bad but for me in my personal opinion if i have so much time to make research for another option such investing to alts probably much better because alts nowadays is very promising but you need to keep updated in order to get the right timing to dump since most of them always experience a hard declined that can lead the price to very dip level unlike bitcoin that your investment is really safe because of having strong support that's why most investors really like bitcoin especially for long term.

Are you really sure about what you said that the market doesn’t show much progress during the end of the year? Because, if I can remember, during the last bull run that we had, the market showed a lot more progress around the end of the year, and that was around December, that was when the market reached a high price that it has never reached before.

And since this is the bullish time, don’t you think the market is more likely to see much increase before this end of the year is over? We know the market has been quite stable for long now, and is always getting back up after a slight decrease. So, I don’t think it would be a bad idea for someone to invest at this time.

buy bitcoin still reasonable currently and don't be so doubt to buy bitcoin actually because for me so far for long term investments bitcoin still good for investment purposse and the current correction don't mean not good for buy even for some people usually they bought more because there are possibilities for the price higher from the current peak so buy bitcoin before it's too late and the price still decent to buy although very high compare to last year however some people including me expect new peak happend at 2022

if you want to invest and trade I don't think it's too late to invest because Bitcoin is in the correction stage and has not yet reached ath above 65k$
if you only for the short term it is not a problem but you will only get a profit of 10-30% for each trade,

Investing in Bitcoin is still a very good idea even in the current situation. It has achieve a new ATH and right now it is in a correction state. I will say putting your money in Bitcoin is a good investment because we might just get anew ATH soon.

What kind of reason are you suggesting us to answer? because if you mean about short term then yes this is not reasonable now as the price is hyping a lot, but =if you are into long term then there are no reason to look at because bitcoin will continue to increase no matter what.
the best thing you need to do is invest with the amount in which you can forget for long time.
so the funds will remain in your holding in that long term basis.

I have been here for quite some time already. 'been regretful that I didn't hodl my assets and just kept my self updated regarding the trends since I have a full time work. It's not a short time investment. It took years before it shoot up for its value today. Way back 2017, it's a lot cheaper you know. Imagine how lucky those who kept their assets until now.

Yeah, and unlucky for those who sell it at that time, and I am one of those people, I started way back in 2016 when you could really afford 1 bitcoin, but what I do is earn and spend with no investments and no holding at all, which is why I regret it if ever I hold it, because if ever I hold it, then I think I am wealthy right now. But, even so, I was grateful because it could have helped me a lot at the time because it allowed me to taste all of my favorite foods whenever I wanted because we were poor.

Quick question, are you looking to trade it, or actually invest in it? These two are very different things. Because if you're actually looking to invest, looking at the recent price movements shouldn't really matter if you actually think that it's going higher in the long-term.

Just take a look at USD inflation. It is now above 6.4%, and it certainly does not look to be something temporary.

...

Theoretically, bitcoin is an amazing protection against inflation. It was designed for that.

I think it is very reasonable to have a decent amount of bitcoin, for anyone, anywhere in the world.

Exactly. It seems to me that the OP has a roulette-playing mentality. He wants to guess what the market will do and buy or sell accordingly. Since it seems to him that we are in a correction phase, he hesitates whether to buy.

From an investor's point of view, it is always a good time to buy Bitcoin, not only because of its intrinsic properties that make it appreciate in value over the long term, but because holding your wealth in fiat has the sure risk of losing purchasing power by leaps and bounds due to high inflation.

You may go ahead with investment if you are planning for long term investment since these small corrections will not be a big deal for long term invetsment, but it's a complex time to trade at this moment because bitcoin is going through correction phase and it might either shoot up post correction phase followed by a temporary dump else fallback flat and gradually recover which will take sometime and that's not good for daily traders.

Long-term investing is the recommended type of investment for traders who don't have to make profits as quickly as possible. Bitcoin correction phases as it is now is the right phase to continue to increase the amount of investment.
The need to determine where to buy is determined using technical analysis so that you can read the market price. Make sure to buy at the strongest support price so you can recover quickly. Trading requires ingenuity as well as patience. However the situation is trading must remain calm.

First and foremost, the year has not yet ended. There's still more than a month left. And as we all know with Bitcoin, it could surprise us anytime. The progress that you meant could arrive at the last minute.

Anyway, it is very reasonable to buy Bitcoin now. As I've always been saying, the perfect moment to buy Bitcoin is always now, whether Bitcoin is at $57,000 or $60,000 or even at its ATH. But of course it is sweeter to buy Bitcoin with a discount. Wink

I agree with you that investing in Bitcoin is always reasonable because we know that Bitcoin can shine at any time. But one thing always comes to mind, we saw Bitcoin crashing massively in 2018.
At that year, buying bitcoin would be a good opportunity for people after bitcoin reached the first ATH ever but people had already panicked seeing the price jumps down so hard.
That makes them forget to invest in bitcoin while the price is at the lowest price and many of them leave crypto without thinking to come back and make another crypto investment.
We already have that experience so if the next crash comes again, we are ready with that and already make a nice profit to use that moment to buy more coins.
Even if we do not use that moment to buy more coins, we do not have to panic because we can lose the opportunity to take benefit to us.

Depends what type of person you're. If you invest now, you're risking losing that investment, however this is true for anytime you invest in Bitcoin. That's just the reality of investing. Though, the only person who can really determine this for you is you, since you know if you believe in Bitcoin or not, and you know how much you can afford to lose.

Personally, if I had more disposable cash that I didn't have tied up elsewhere, I would absolutely be taking the risk, and buying more Bitcoin. Though, I wouldn't be looking to take that Bitcoin back out again for a very long time.

I think you don't really know much about bitcoin, if you really know about it I think you shouldn't be asking this question.
Plenty of people make money on things that they don't personally understand, though for obvious reasons it's always recommend that they do learn about it. Though, all they need to know is the amount of support it has, and predict how much support it could potentially get, and that's usually a recipe for increasing its value due to supply, and demand increasing.

I still have a reason, at east to face the next bullish price of Bitcoin itself. So far, It seems not happen very significantly. It is still November and I still have some hopes that on December or at least January next year, the market of BTC itself will be bullish again and really reach its top ATH as we expect so far.
And after that, altcoin season may be coming.
However, we must also have some strategies if  our strategy doesn't run well, in the meaning of the market will be bearish soon, we must be ready.
Actually, every decision will have its won risk and this will depend on how ready we take the risks.

when the price enters the bearish area as it is today, this is a good opportunity to buy at a lower price.
Bearish or correction?
I don't think we are already in the bearish area, mate.
What's happening today, is just a correction of Bitcoin price. As you stated above, it is needed before the next jump.  Wink

I personally add my assets to several altcoins as well as bitcoins.
Me, too. But I prefer to buy more in altcoins because I think it is enough to hold my current BTC.
I am sure we still don't see a real big altcoin season so far. So, I am preparing my asset before the altcoin season.

I think you don't really know much about bitcoin, if you really know about it I think you shouldn't be asking this question. In cryptocurrency if you can't have patience then you are not ready to make good profit, because you don't just expect bitcoin to be pumping easily just like that I believe it will be moving gradually and in market there is always a correction which lot's of people always panic and sell doing correction because they are scared of dump, which currently u believe bitcoin is just making correction and am waiting for another step upward so I believe is your choice to buy now or buy later, you can do your research and make sure you invest in any amount you can afford to lose.

No one can answer this question for you. You should know better than anyone else if now is the right time for you to invest in bitcoin. You know your financial situation, so you decide. Can you afford to lose all your money? Then just invest. Now is the perfect time. The price took a dip. Take the advantage of this dip and invest as much as you can. Keep holding until your reach your profit goal. Maybe a year or two? Don't wait or you might end up regretting like rest of those that never invested in bitcoin when it was cheap.
