Assumed it was a substitution cipher so I tried performing a frequency analysis on it. Didn't work although I can see some patterns.

Lol I told my genius friend to solve this for me. He said he'd have it done in 10 minutes.
I've been staring at it for over 15 minutes straight now, and can clearly see patterns.
