For example: When a message arrives in an e-mail requesting the private key, many beginners will respond to this message and send their key, which is really sad.

I have seen a lot of people falling into a trap like this. Seen them on different social media.
Most likely they have been social engineered by those scammers. Obviously it is the fault for the victim.
Should always be careful, double check if the link is unsuspicious and safe.

Just to ask, can someone be hacked if he answered a call from an unknown number? Is there any malware that's able to have access on your phone by answering phonecalls?

I think what you can do best so that no hacker can open your wallet is to write down all your private keys on a piece of paper and of course you'll need methods to preserve it for as long as possible, I think. This way would be necessary for those who store large amounts of cryptocurrency
It ain't still working. I think it will be a little bit risky from the environment of these papers being used to list the private keys of the wallet. Huge bitcoin holders use hardware wallet and do it offline. In this way a hacker could not access it anyway online. Hacking only works on those online wallets that could be phished out using a program that will be installed in the computer and make them access it remotely. So, by staying safe with the funds then better use an offline wallet and just access it whenever needed
Having writing down on a piece of paper could also help to keep safe your private keys. You just keep it safe to avoid losing the paper. Many users already using offline wallet to avoid from hacking so it is best also not to focus only in one wallet and never click any links that will attack your computer from virus or malware. All of the possible ways to avoid wallet hacked should be our responsibility as our crypto asset is at risks from these scammers.

A lot of things could result into wallet being hacked. for a wallet hacked, there's little or nothing you can do. It's usually better to prevent a hack than to find a way to get it back. for a new wallet, ensure you use a very strong password and if possible use a 2 factor authenticator.

never keep your private keys online or share it. be conscious of downloading suspicious content. avoid doing fake giveaways and don't give your details out. I once had an experience with this and since then, I've been careful about my wallet details. Heard coinomi wallet is one of the strongest out there as it has its own keypad.

clear and certain because of mistakes and negligence that sometimes are not felt at all, so there is a question of a wallet that we really don't want to happen.
with developments that are so advanced every time hackers are always targeting with renewable methods that we did not expect before.

through submissions to email addresses hacking most often occurs, due to understanding and without realizing that we have been fooled by people who send spam. what is needed is true according to colleagues say that if we can save the private key is not on devices connected to the internet network.

in fact now the wallet has many renewable innovations so that we are not affected by theft. all the time is always updated with the aim that all users do feel protected. but it must also be remembered that thieves always look for weak points from people so they can be stolen.

have a strong firewall and keep it updated. also, if i noticed that something is wrong with my computer like somebody is sneaking with my online activities, i usually reprogram my computer. i know it is time consuming but its worth if you know that your computer is at risk.
and as others have said, dont signup using your personal emails to something shady sites. use disposable emails and use passwords that you havent used from your personal emails. always double check that you using the legit site.

Not just with the email that contained suspicious links/phishing links. But there are also malware where you can get from uncertified and unlicensed downloading sites. I remembered my experience from signing up from mining websites and then they hacked my email and password and hacked my crypto coins.

So, it is better not to sign up with any websites and prevent using same passwords and emails connected with your crypto coins exchange/wallets.

This is true. Unknowingly you are already being tracked down by those hackers based on the site you have just visited and not only through suspicious emails being sent. Sending email are already common and as far as I am concerned, I think only newbies will fall for that filling out private information from unknown sender. Hackers have already evolve the way they do their job and most of it are already cannot be easily known because they are surprisingly doing it behind your back into which you do not know and that is through the use of malicious malwares being inputted to sites to victimized many people.

So to avoid getting victimized by such, avoidance of clicking unknown links or pop ups is a must to save yourself because we do not know that maybe you are entering a trap of a hacker and little do you know and you will just be surprised that your account have been already hacked.

I always enable 2fa to keep my account safe from fraudulent and suspicious actions. For an email, I only use a secondary one and also that email has 2fa enabled. Either it has a phone number or another 2fa activated reputed accounts. I'll never give my private keys as you stated. In case of blockchain, they can randomly steal your funds if they get access to your email so be cautious and always use different passwords on different websites. The mnemonic keys are your best friends alongside with private keys offered by different wallets. Hard wallets are preferable but are expensive.

Many people fall victim to a hack and this causes them to lose all of their cryptocurrencies
But how do the hackers enter the wallets that have a very high level of security?
Unfortunately, it depends on the ignorance of some people, not on software methods.
For example: When a message arrives in an e-mail requesting the private key, many beginners will respond to this message and send their key, which is really sad.

Here are some instructions that might help beginners:
1- Save your private key in an offline device
2- Distribute your cryptocurrencies to several govern orates to avoid losing all of them if one of the wallets is hacked
3- Do not reply to any message from an unknown source
4- Create an e-mail address for airdrops and Bounty campaigns

Do you have any other suggestions?

And I would like to add that always use 2FA method to login everywhere : exchanges, online wallet , Gmail and everything which support 2FA

Keep your wallet address and private key in separate folders. Many times it happens that in many cases you need to submit somewhere but you forget to submit your private key in that place. So you should not keep many addresses and private keys side by side, it would be wise to keep it separate. If someone asks for information from an unknown site, no information can be given to him. You can be hacked a lot by giving information. Above all, we must be careful.

The 2 factor authentication can also be a means for securing your wallet, we shouldn’t overlook that. We should try to apply every possible security measures to secure our cryptocurrency wallets. If your wallet is allowing for two factor authentication, you should go ahead and activate it, but do not use email and SMS, those ones would be useless if the hacker knows your phone and is able to Port your number to another device or they have your email and can hack into it. So, if you’re going to be using two factor authentication it’s best to go with Google authenticator or hardware dongle.

Even we are having lots of awareness initiatives against hacking and scamming, lots of people are still sharing about their bad experience due to lack of knowledge. I'm not sure how it will be going to be possible to enlighten each and every people who are into cryptocurrency at least (when not possible to cover all people who are into internet) regarding this.

Don't use an online wallet to add it up also.
There are sites that would just require you to login in your usual login credentials (email and password), and pretty much those wallets are quite vulnerable to hacks.

For #4, when you register to an airdrop and you got an email for that, be cautious to the "Claim Tokens", etc thing.
Back in my days, a site that hides themselves as MEW (that's what I use for temporary claiming of  tokens only) just to make you put your wallet file into their site.

Looking for gigs
Similar happened to me when I was not yet into cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. My bank pin was compromised due to phishing email, which they have a “fake advisory about my account” and took me to the site where it matches the interface of the real one. As I entered my pin and submitted, it leads me to a fake page. I hurried to the bank and checked my ATM, and found out that almost $400 were stolen and I quickly blocked my card.

It was a lesson that I would never forget several years ago. Same thing applies to our private keys. Any strategy that requires you to enter your private key or mnemonic phrases (except if it’s the real wallet) are considered your funds “bye-bye”.

It's extremely simple guys... Don't send your private keys, seed phrase, or other access credentials to anybody for any reason...

Nobody from any reputable firm will ask you for this information, and it's not necessary to solve any information you're having. It's not like a credit card where they need the information to pull up your account, if you hand over your private keys/seed phrase/recovery mnemonic, then you are essentially handing over ownership of your funds.

Always verify the PGP signature of the software you are downloading, and never accept any excuses for why this signature verification fails.

If in doubt, always ask somebody trustworthy before thinking about handing over your private details, there are plenty of people on this forum who would be happy to help. Just create a thread in the beginners and help section.

Any newbie that follows the steps that the op has listed here wouldn’t have any problem with these hackers. There are lots of ways that hackers can gain access to your cryptocurrency wallet, they might hack your device or system, they can send you phishing emails, they can use keyloggers/trojans against you, they can create fake wallets, they can impersonate you, use fake advertisements, or use your clipboard.

Explaining all these things is a long story, but just as the op has said, do not reply emails from unknown people (unsolicited mails), and don’t download browser extensions because as I said they can use it mess up your clipboard. There has been complaints of people sending to the wrong address which is not the address they copied.

I add a little your stagment, always clear the search history browsing, do not install suspicious applications, and always update the antivirus. The fact is that many wallets have been hacked because of minor mistakes such as entering private key on websites and applications that are not trusted.

Perhaps these recommendations have already been said, but they are the ones that I use to prevent my wallet from being hacked. I mainly use 2FA and 3FA for my crypto transactions.

It is essential to learn how to surf the Internet safely to avoid malicious websites. Use a recognized antivirus, most of them can help you visit safe sites.

People who use crypto should also pay more attention when doing their transactions, avoid using unreliable sites. Preferably go to reputable websites to avoid unrecoverable losses, double check when you transact.
