In addition to other suggestions, you can try the following as well:
It requires little to no effort [to an extent Wink] for an average person...
If you are suggesting third party wallet then I will suggest coinbase instead. Coinpayment required fee even for deposits as far as I know. But coinbase will not ask for deposit fee. If the website doesn't violate their terms of service then it's more than better coinpayments especially for small businesses. But it's NOT recommended since you don't have access of private keys and need to verify KYC.

I would love to recommend electrum for safety reason and no verification process. You may read here, How to accept Bitcoin on a website using Electrum

Yeahh,

Well BTCJungle is cancelled for now, it's too dodgy I realized also.. I dont know even how to remove account from there.. so bleh.
I think I just go rogue with Bitcoin as it was meant to be, from one wallet to another, without anything else.
Struggle is real with this online stuff now, other than bitcoin also.

My original www.cuddlingcompany.com is still locked with godaddy. Went through their service chain up, all the way to their CEO, to finally get somekind of answer, but alas, still it's locked. As usual CEO didn't regonize the problem in their shitty bugged UI and hidden options, but kind of rolled the blame on their helpdesk service.

I just should go back into factory work, there I atleast knew what I were doing and was good on it. lol.

Anyways, if someone is interested how my pages are forming up. if they ever be ready.. you can check my process and frustration from:

Feedback and ideas welcomed as always.

Alright. After going through the options I m starting to lean over btcpayjungle service. Does anyone have any bad experience of this service?
Since you're considering one of "BTCPay's third-party hosts", then you might want to pay "more" attention to their "limits and cons":

Yes. Here are some restrictions.

  • No Lightning Network
  • No wallet re-scan
  • No Server Settings access

~Snipped~

Cons

  • Security concerns
  • Privacy concerns
  • Limitation of features
  • No control over a server
  • Have to trust the owner of the server

In the meanwhile if anyone has time to give any feedback from my newly designed sites https://www.cc-photo.net (serves as landing for .com) and https://www.cuddling.store would be much apreacited.

As said @Patatas, I think you should review the loading of images, currently it is true that they are extremely long to load.

Why don't you merge the two sites to have one ( I think it would be more appropriate to do this ) ?

The first website is too slow to load and the menu literally appears after a long wait. Very bad user experience. It looks like someone is working on their HTML/CSS skills and not professional at all. The second website shows the images below the scrolling content, are you not selling the hoodies there? Why can't you show your products just like every other clothing site does? You're trying to be creative but it goes against all the UI principles.

Thank you! It is exactly how you say, I am working on it! Cheesy
It works good for me, but I quess because I have the most things loaded in the memory. Will be looking on those, probably need to take off all the animations totally and still reduce the quality of images.

And yes, It's probably all against UI principles, but if it would work as supposed, it would be quite nice I think.

Anyway I will be redoing this better. Need the feedback really.

Your website isn't working.

You can host a free BTCpay payment gateway on https://btcpayjungle.com/.

Yeah it's not working, because Godaddy is full shit and doesn't do anything for my domain transfer, called their service and it's still being locked so I decided to take it down along with my e-mail account.

I changed my service now on different host and started planning and designing everything from a scratch.

You can check it out from cc-photo.net or go directly https://www.cc-photo.com

Now I will be working only on donations and not even trying to put full paid service. Easier for me, product sales come later on when I have more time to put up my own store and not need to use 3rd party shop websites.

Now I am just really busy with many things.

Thanks for all the feedback a lot!!!

For designing stuff dont hesitate to contact me, I got skills and eye for that.

Hey dear community,

I have started doing a website project that I would like to include possibility to also accept bitcoins as payment for my photography service & merchandise.

Now the question is if its actually possible to do without having to put an effort in technical knowledge and without monthly fees as easily as it is nowadays with fiat based web services?

I would gladly accept a deal that some percentage of succesful deals would go to the service provider as it is with my current webpage with printful and storeenvy services. I just wouldnt like to end up paying monthly fees without having first some steady income from the project.

Any help and feedback is welcome.

You can check my project: www.cuddlingcompany.com

Of course, accepting bitcoin as a payment for your work is a great idea, but this makes no sense at the moment. Firstly, because there are other faster and more stable coins for which you will not pay such a large commission. And secondly, the price of bitcoin is changing so quickly that sometimes you may end up with losses. In my opinion, fiat money is more reasonable option.

Just like you use story for PayPal and card paypment you can use a bitcoin service just like the people already say. But is good to say that bitcoin is like use cash, you can tell the client to contact you by email and in that moment give him a bitcoin address for the payment, that's another way to make the deals with BTC and personal shops.

Just want to add on to @AdolfinWolf point, you can use the same server to host your store as well, so it will save up your monthly costs...  As a customer, My personal experience with bitpay has been a pain in the ass and as @ETFBitcoin mentioned they enforce your customers to pay high fees when a lower fee would do just fine... On Some occasions I gave up the purchase on others when I really needed something, I went through the trouble. If you feel like it is a bit too techy then don't worry, If the person really wants to buy your design then they will go through the trouble.

That doesn't sound anything like what OP is looking for. The first thing on the landing page says "Video Game Business Engine". You could argue that they have https://xsolla.com/solutions/payments Payment Solutions as well but that again has to do something along the lines of "players" and "games". Op is looking for something like BitPay.

I would not recommend using this service (based on my own experience of course). I've been occasionally gifting some Faceit premium subscriptions (where the payment processor is Xsolla) to friends and most of the time, I was having a hard time paying with BTC or MobileGo (another crypto) as they unlist them due to regular technical problems.

Hmm yes I understand, after this is not only for games.

I'm talking about it because I know ( It's a solution that I installed for a client ), now I agree that solutions like "BitPay" or "BTCPay" are probably more suitable for the OP.

In any case, I wish you good luck for the continuation Wink

Actually you can't get someone's service for free if its legit so you have to setup your own payment processor but its not recommended since you lack of technical knowledge about it and not possible if you got huge amount of payments so just pick the best service and pay 1% as fee.I will recommend Coinpayments which not only accept bitcoin but also multiple crypto currencies.
It's just not true what you are saying. BTCPayserver also works with huge amounts of payments, and there are a couple third parties which are 100% free, require no KYC, and are decently enough established to be used by a small company. (btcpayjungle)

There are also a couple other companies which offer one-click deployment- https://medium.com/@BtcpayServer/launch-btcpay-server-via-web-interface-and-deploy-full-bitcoin-node-lnd-in-less-than-a-minute-dc8bc6f06a3

Alternatively, there's another one-click deployment option with Azure here-  https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver-azure

Yes I agree on 1% payment is very fine, but there is few things I dislike; KYC and that I would have to use their bitcoin wallet on their service (bitpay). I personally would prefer bitcoin address to be where I choose it to be & trade to be with me and the customer. I also realize that this can be too much tech stuff for me, so I still need to weight my options. Good thing is that I am in no hurry with this project and these services are evolving as we discuss.

Thanks for the feedback Smiley
