You must find someone that has full access to big signatures and some authority. If I was to do this I would contact a member that has Hero status and above and go from there. Basically you need to start a signature campaign thread, and you will need a escrow to manage your funds to make people trust you in your payments.

you say that is better paying to users to put my site in their signatures ?

Depends on budget and who you are able to get to wear signature.  If you get some solid users who are not spamming for money... you can do a good signature campaign.  But does take time to run it, do payouts, most likely you would need a esrow at least at start.  But lot of time put into this, and I think getting good members for it is key.

If you have a higher budget you can bid on ad's but it is going to be pricey as MANY sites want these signatures.  The forum is worth a lot on ad space.  And it will always be biding as it get's the most money for forum.  Also one who wants worst (ie high bidder) get's it.

So all kinda depends on your budget  I think.

There's tons of ways posted in the beginner forum I believe.

I did not see anything about advertising in the beginner forum.

You don't actually need to be a Junior Member or above to be able to bid. In fact many newbies bid as well and they go through with the deal without problems. Just send theymos a PM regarding your site and he'll sort it out for you I believe.

More or less yes, I'd say its more cost effective to do so. While the average amount of BTC per slot has been 2 BTC per month(1 slot means ,1/5 chance of the forum displaying your ads) , it is only on the first page of every thread, while with signature you can promote your site under every participant's post.

Either one will work. I've noticed a lot more signature campaigns than advertising bids, which either means it's a lot more cheaper for a signature campaign or more profitable; or maybe both.

Here are the stats for the forum ad spaces.

edit: seriously ? why i need to waste my time on bidding can't i just contact the manager?
The person who runs the forum wants to get the most revenue out of advertising (while sticking to it's current model) as possible. If there was a fixed price then either the ad slots would sell out quickly and the forum would be giving up valuable revenue, or the slots would not fully sell and again the forum would be giving up revenue
