I also noticed that spammers have evolved as well.
Of course the usual bounty hunters, but we used to hunt spammers doing copy-and-paste, but seems progress from using homographs attacks, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-rule-breakers-homographs-attacks-included-dtsmods-attention-needed-2977866 to using spinning software or bots.
I guess the only weapon we have is a collective effort to report those shitposters/spammers so that appropriate actions could be taken.

To be honest, I didnt read all of your post because I know that spamming here is not that easy to remove and what you said is like a fantasy in the making especially the first one.
Spamming is like a virus here that is being spread already or maybe like corruption that can't destroy.

You should post this in the Beginners and Help, if you are truly trying to reach new users who may unintentionally spam the forum. It could be useful to the 1-3% of spammers.
Those are the only people that will benefit from this. Unfortunately there are very few unintentional spammers.
My guess is most of them come here hammer out there 5-10 posts per account(s) everyday of the week, trying to hide them in spam megathreads to "earn" their weekly paycheck.

As the Pharmacist quite rightly said, spammers wont be reading this as they will be doing what they do best...spamming!
On how to avoid spamming, i think people who join this place with the sole intention of spamming should be booted out of here or go through a probationary period to prove their worthiness here. This forum is littered with spam unfortunately and the only way to stop it is to put a stop to the people/bots who are ruining it for the genuine folk.

No any spammer are going to read your thread. Still now only 31 people read this thread. What's you describe really nothing new. Every board have a sticked post about rules. But none spammer reading that. Spammer are busy with spaming so how he/she will read a good post. Do you know many people reply on the thread without reading post ? They just read the subject
. We can just report spammer post, may be it will reduce some spam. Because if any one got 3 valid report he/she will ban from forum. So let's report spammer post.

The people who are most likely reading this aren't spammers. If someone is a spammer, they're not even going to see this thread. If they do see it, they probably won't or can't read it. Either way, this isn't useful information. Seems more like a merit-grab attempt from someone who, although he's a senior member, has yet to earn any merits.
I'm not saying OP is a spammer at all, just that this info is kind of obvious stuff and won't reach the people it should reach. What is true is that OP could be earning more as a Legendary in a sig campaign if he had the merits to rank up. Maybe I've gotten too cynical.
Edit: OP, I don't know why you merited me. Give it to a lower-ranked member if they're deserving of it. However, I pretty much did that anyway. Some of Bardman's posts are pretty good and he seems to be under-merited.

As we all can see, spamming is one of our problems here in this forum, that is why the moderators came up with a precaution called "MERIT SYSTEM",to encourage all of us to make quality post, but it seems that it is not that effective because for sure others are just ignoring this since they could still post and join bounty with their current ranks, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE, SO HEAR ME OUT GUYS.
