Be a Reputed Member – Probably a strong reputation works for your trust.
Be Online – As Bitcointalk has members from all around the world, you should stay online as much as you can.
Be Responsive – Respond each and every message, no matter you are accepting deal or not.
Maintain Reputation – Don’t let small negligence ruin your hard earned reputation.
Additional Service Provider – If you can manage to provide additional services like funds conversion from btc to fiat or vice versa, then it’s cherry on the top.

since your asking for opinion, for me it also looks bad that you have no references to your feedback you have sent, and a feedback of "trustworthy" to someone deep red (makes you kinda look bad by association imo)
To be an escrow, first of all trust need to be generated as much possible from various account holders. Then you could have managed some signature campaign. You could have done lending without negative feedbacks.

2. Positive feedback
3. Courteus
4. Can be trusted
5. And foremost Advertise

First i think is based on your rank,because you will risk your accout for being an escrow here.You mist be well knowned in this site you must be atleast a year or more.No negative trust on your account and have a good positive trust.You must be a trusted person and you must hold the funds that you will hold in every transaction that you will escrow in

Click the "Show untrusted feedback" link on your trust page. You should probably get more familiar with BitcoinTalk itself and how it works before trying to handle money for people.

Basically being a escrow is more like volunteer work like a at non-profit.
Dont expect to get tipped frequently or at all and still offer the integrity for the transaction.
People who do offer 1% do get some escrows, but more people will flock towards a free service. And keep in mind this consumes most of your time, since you need to reply back to people etc.

first of all you must to understand that you have to earn money for yourself by doing your work, not scamming, because if you will scam once you will never be escrow, nobody will trust you
and second i think it is very important for you to have good positive reputation, without it people won't want your services so your work will be useless

nah, you don't need that much online activity.
just look at the trusted escrow some of them are super active but not all of them, they just check like once a day. and you only need to receive and send on the set times and check if there is a scam going on which doesn't take that much.
the important part is the trust rate, which OP is lacking

Its not for everyone, plus you have to build your trust with the community on this forum to build your rep.
That alone takes awhile, so even if you did want to do it. Also people are very antsy if you do not reply in a timely fashion, and you`ll have to deal with bigger issues if fraud does occur.

What would you yourself want in an escrow? I'd want to see many years of track record and successful trading on here before someone even thought of becoming an escrow.
