You just need to be positive about what is happening in your life. You can not be negative about everything that is happening around. I understand that you can not always be positive, but you need to try.

To be positive always think of good thoughts and good vibes. Do not over think and just think of a better one. Positivity starts in our inner self and in our self confidence.

having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it cant be done.

Good point. Many successful people have this kind of mindset. Instead of whinung about things that can't be undone or things you have no control of, you can focus on the things you can do and be happy while doing it

Try to stress minimally over any given situation. I think the only thing that shortens our lives is stress, so try to avoid it all the time Smiley

positive is relative.
some people assume that the positive is really good, but some people think doing good things alone is positive.

This is a very good question, especially it is relevant for me)) But I think it is in the person laid, or he surrenders and blames the world, or he fights for his happiness. You should never give up. Even when it is difficult, even when there is absolutely no money (as I have now). We go to our goal, stumble, get up and continue walking. I liked the film about McDonald's. Persistence is the strongest weapon. And not even knowledge and skills, but perseverance.

Staying positive in times of difficult situations is quite hard. But having the right perception of life and having it built and rooted in your mind, would bring out the positivity in every situation at trial times.

Accept the things about yourself that you can’t change, too. For example, if you’re an introverted person who needs quiet time alone to “recharge,” trying to be an extrovert all the time will probably just make you feel drained and unhappy. Accept yourself for who you are right now, just as you are. You can then feel free to develop that self into the most positive self you can be.

Thinking positive attracts positive things.. Just try to see a good point about everything that happens even if its a bad thing, try to learn a lesson and grow up with situation.

Positive thinking is about how you perceive a problem.
If an event you are experiencing, you look on only from one side, then what happens is a stuck minded.
However, if a problem is described from several points of view, then you will find the positive things that are in it.

It doesnt matter how hard life is sometimes, if you are still alive you can face any problem because thats what human do, we solve things, just keep trying until what you want works, everytime you feel bad. look at your self, love you body, be thankful for what you have, look around you, if you are using internet you should live in a good enviroment, you should have shelter, food and a computer or phone, that combined with your body and soul is all what you need to solve whatever comes to stop your steps.

Just keep doing what you think is the correct thing and leave whatever harms you, get appart of what cause you pain, leave people, dutys and all what makes you suffer, and be responsible for your choices, if something goes bad it should be mostly your fault and bad luck. But if you are still alive, just calm down and think about solutions, not only the problem.

eat some chocolate. Make a cup of tea or coffee, ,, dance, write a story, read a book, listen to music and dance around, make a list of goals,  write a poem, fix something, clean, visit someone in need and help them, watch a happy movie, talk to someone, , or do something you enjoy.

One of the best way to be positive is first of all to avoid being negative. Just avoiding to be be negative would not make you positive automatically, it would just make you neutral. But then, because we are not perfect, you wouldn't manage to stay neutral forever, and if you forbid yourself to swing towards negativity you will have no choice than tho swing towards positivity.

You should have confidence in life, give yourself a positive say. When you have difficulty, read that statement, it will help you overcome difficulties, to be more positive in the situation. Never think negative, it is a way for you to cultivate positive thinking
