Marketing is very, very important. Sometimes is more important the the porject. Keep working on it but try to earn some money to pay a marketing campaign.

You don't expect people to invest in the project they will end up regretting at last. Investors would love to invest in a project that has a useful plan that would be of benefit to their time and resources.
It's not about building a community is about getting the right audience. The only way to do that is to get a promoter or marketer. Every successful project has a very good one (marketer). Go grab a good marketer then the rest will fall into place

How to build the community without spending money on marketing
What are your motivations and goals before deciding to make a project?
This involves the initial design process of how to build a community without large capital, to make this happen you have to make a big surprise on the project until your project is promoted by influencers or other top project news.

What happened: Safe Heaven Finance team using other profile photos (for testimonials)
...
If this accusation involves your project then you must provide a detailed answer, it will have a negative impact if you ignore it and do not resolve it immediately.

The project is good meanwhile it is another yield farming auto liquidity generation protocol. Can anyone help us to guide?
This sentence doesn't highlight your project or make it stand out in a good way. You write one thing, but to me it reads like: The project is ok, unfortunately, it's yet another yield farming protocol.

Your negative trust and fake profile pictures of team members don't help either. Neither does your signature where you ask for donations. All in all, it doesn't seem like a well-thought out plan.

Maybe it's not about the marketing but the project itself.
Your question that I quoted below proves that it's also about the marketing. In his OP, he never mentioned the project or provided a link to it. A post promoting or discussing a new project is supposed to be written in a way to tickle the imagination of the reader. This might be subjective, but I didn't see a reason in OP to find out more about it.

What's the name of your project?

How to build the community without spending money on marketing

Our project ICO is running but no one is contributing and no one is joining our airdrop. In the beginning we have no funds for marketing. I don't know that why people are not joining our airdrop so I want to know that how to build the community without spending money. The project is good meanwhile it is another yield farming auto liquidity generation protocol. Can anyone help us to guide?

You cannot talk about ICO marketing to targetted leads without spending money, you really have to spend, creating good and well-designed announcement threads, paying writers to write an article about your project you need money for all this, you are talking about crowdfunding, which is asking investors to invest in your project, you have to show investors that you are spending to make your project great and successful and you cannot do that for free, you cannot ask money to investors and do not show them you are serious.

It's pretty simple, create something useful and you won't need marketing at all. Bitcoin was not marketed, Satoshi just posted about it in a cryptography mailing list and it started attracting attention and grew because it was useful.
When you create a useless token just to raise funds and make yourself rich, nobody is going to pay any attention to it regardless of how much money you spend advertising it. The ICO hype is also dead so you can't even get gullible people to hand over their money to you.

Build up your project first as it will be a reason that investors will be attracted to join. Airdrop or bounty hunters will only join if they see some potential for future income from your project and its airdrop, bounty.

Most of tasks in bounties are easy and don't require too much time but people always make their choices. Choose the better, choose the easier task and choose the one  that they think can bring better income for them.

If bounty hunters see your project is useless, they hardly to join yours because there are many other bounties.

Imho, I don't think there is any way to grab eyeballs without marketing, there is reason why large corps spend a lot on marketing despite already having customer base.

If your project is indeed quality and useful, people will come after it. Like pitching your projects to investors, and if they satisfied, you can spend the money of your investors then for developing your project.
There is already lof of social media now and different forums that can help your project to attract more users, so it can help you to not spend money on such marketing but it indeed requires too much effort.

If it's really good it's should have supporters right? It's not that I'm judging the project but if there is a scam accusation like that what do you expect people will think of it right?

Most often people judge the project based on its publicly information display. Seeing those kind of things can go sideways and ruin the project reputation.

I'm sure you realize that now. A project with potential is born naturally and if this ends up with nothing then the team behind this has no competency and take note that marketing is important aspect on a project success.

Having no money to market your airdrop is not the issue because most people in the crypto industry seem to be tired of joining airdrop which they will later request KYC or their token or coin will be worthless.

Having said that, there's no way you'll want to achieve your milestone in the crypto market without spending money on marketing but what you need is to pay people like airdrop alert to market the airdrop and hire a reputable crypto news site to write/post news about your project some investors are captivated by this.

Nowadays it seems to be a little bit hard to create such a project without money because everything needs more money for promotions.  And about these:
Our project ICO is running but no one is contributing and no one is joining our airdrop. In the beginning we have no funds for marketing. I don't know that why people are not joining our airdrop so I want to know that how to build the community without spending money. The project is good..
You may consider that your project is good. But how did you pack it into something interested and also convincing?
Are you really sure that your project promotion is really convincing the participants to join? Now, many airdrop participants and also investors are more careful in choosing a new project because there are so many scams. Many scammers also have very good project promotions and also package.

That is why, you may need something different to introduce your project, tell or explain the exact goal of your project, an exact and clear roadmap, a convincing team with professional members, and also the real use cases. Now, many new projects are coming so that you must compete with them to ensure that you are really a good project.

Sometimes, something needs more effort to make something bigger, like the funds for promotions and also project development.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
Hi, you can please check the ann thread for more information regarding the project.

No, you are here asking for opinions. You should be more serious, don't promote whatever you do and act like a shiller.
That's one form of marketing the wrong way, spreading the pitch all over the place when your project isn't ready and looks shady. Congratulations you have got the good results.

Hi, you can please check the ann thread for more information regarding the project. This project is built along with a unique idea to farm dogecoin and many other digital assets. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.56843924

First of all, there is nothing unique in your idea. I don't know how much you've followed the crypto scene in recent months, but we have plenty of such projects here. Second, you seek advice on how to boost community interest while, at the same time, belittling a senior member of this community and threatening legal action because he pointed out your shortcomings.
That is not the best way to build respect in the community if you ask me.

Ignoring whether the project appeals to me, or what I think others might think of it, marketing is super important to any business, let alone a start up.

I hate to say it, because I like to encourage people as much as possible when starting a business, but you should only really start a business when you can afford it. You should have launched the business after you had gathered money for marketing. marketing is so important to a business, why do you think Social media is such a gold mine? Its not because of the random funny videos people post, but because businesses utilityse it for branding.

Why on earth would anyone give you any money? There's nothing interesting in the project itself, plus using fake pics has already sent it to grave. Oh and you may not need any money for the start if you develop something really interesting (and that's NOT a website).

That is a sign, the standard of people's assessment of the prospective of a project is getting stronger (not that I have researched your project). What needs to be improved is the project itself, maybe you are marketing the wrong way, in an inappropriate area, or your project is basically not interesting at all. You can't force people to support a project if they don't meet their expectations.

The days of ICOs are gone. These days not many people invest in ICOs and whoever does are either experts who their research well or beginners who lack crypto knowledge and throw money in everything they see.

For you to get a better audience, you will have to find innovative ways to communicate with the people in the crypto community.
You must tell them WHY you are better than any other similar yield farming projects.
You will have to grab their attention and organize contests and events so that you can get a better outreach.

It will be difficult in the beginning but once you start getting recognized people will know why your project has a good potential and then probably invest in your project.
But for that to happen you will have to dedicate your time and efforts and most importantly your project should definitely have the unique quality and the required potential to take you afloat.

EDIT :
After reading DdmrDdmr's post it's quite obvious that DashingAgent is a scammer himself turning pretty faces to his benefits.
It's good that people have finally realized that all that glitters is not gold. This is why nobody gave a shit about his project.

Well this scam accusation is not going to help: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/warning-safe-heaven-finance-using-someone-elses-photos-for-testimonials-5331199

Grabbing images from other sites, to create a fake team, deems the project dead simply from that angle, without going into all the other aspects related to the project. That, of course, conforms part of the first few posts on the Ann thread (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.56801726), which is what anybody interested will see here.

Even so, the Ann thread has only received 129 views so far, and going over the second page of Anns listed in the token section (where your thread is now), it seems that all new Anns tend to receive a rather small amount of reads, meaning that people have gone off these type of threads a fair share to begin with, and that there is a lot less activity now in that section than in the good old days ...

I agree.

Maybe it's not about the marketing but the project itself. You can build your community through having telegram groups or discord channels that discuss the potential of your project.

But if there's nothing new or there's no blow factor that's making the people interested about it, even how hard and good you are in marketing, no one will be interested in it.

What's the name of your project?
