I think it depends on what you are mining because when you want to mine bitcoin then you will be needing an ant miners and the stock of it usually limited time by time but if you are using graphics card I think it is just limited story by store but you can buy it straight from the manufacturers.
Again - a very major key point is: Does the supplier offer the same repair/exchange warranty that Bitmain or Avalon do? I highly doubt it.

Actually purchasing 1000 miners is not a joke. Very few manufacturers can provide you with it. It is quite a large amount and you might need to pay some payment upfront for the manufacturer to trust you in the deal. You can try to start contacting manufacturers as many as possible. You could get a huge amount discount for purchasing a bulk quantity.

But Bitmain is also a miner and selling 1000 Antminer is probably not a so good business for it.
Either you never heard of Canaan and their Avalons or are just clueless...
Even better, the Avalons are usually always in-stock vs Bitmains pre-order, pre-pay, and wait 2 month biz model.
As for folks here offering to 'help' if they are not at least Hero members DO NOT EVEN TALK TO THEM! Scammers abound in the cryptocoin world. Even then, since accounts can be bought I still would not do it.
No one here has an 'in' with any of them and neither Bitmain nor Canaan use distributors. If anyone says they have inside contacts or are factory-authorized distributors they are lying. Period. ALWAYS only work directly with the manufacturers.
If I contact manufacture...can they serve that miner to me?? they will send 10 per week or they send 1000 miner at one time??
I'm afraid that you may become a victim of fraud if you find the seller online. You need to negotiate with producers and to conclude a contract for the supply of equipment with payment installments. Remember that the most favorable conditions is always fraud.
