Just sell your bitcoins on localbitcoins.com to a trusted trader for cash, this is the best way till now to cash out anonymously, but first check the trust level of the trader before starting trade.

You could see if there is a bitcoin atm in your country.
Where i leave there are atms that dont require id verification if the amount is under 700$, the bad part in this is tthe 7% tax that comes with it.
But, why to cash out bitcoin?...havent you seen the market lately?

Face-to-face cash through localbitcoins.com is pretty anonymous. It can be more expensive though because someone has to take the time to meet with you.
I think this is still not anonymous way because you will meet someone i think the only way to cashout bitcoin anonymously and withdraw into fiat i think bitcoin debit or credit cards there are some bitcoin cards you can anonymously withdraw and deposit your bitcoin..
Just sharing this link to see the list of debit cards and credit card support withdrawal world wide to any atm machine..
Check this updated thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-bitcoin-debit-cards-1242788
But even using a method like that is not really anonymous, since you need to withdraw from an ATM and almost all of those ATMs have cameras in them so unless you are planning to look incredibly suspicious by wearing a hat or something you are going to be recorded when you withdraw the money.

Currency exchange sub forum on here you might be able to do it that way or you could look localbitcoins because I don't think they require identification.
They don't,  but most offer are for PayPal and the like, which you do have to have an account for, and those accounts usually have identity requirements.

Whay you could do is try to set up a cash through the mail offer using escrow, and you could do that on the currency exchange section.  Or you could meet up with someone and do the deal face to face.  That carries its own risks, of course, but it is pretty anonymous.   I've never had a need for much anonymity so those are the only things I can think of.

This is something that is kind of hard to answer when it comes down to it, since there are a lot of instances where you need to verify something in one way or another in order for you to take any money out of the system.
The best thing I can think of you doing is going through the sub-forum we have for trades, I don't think that localbitcoins offers their services to most people who don't have some kind of Id verified with them if I am remembering it correctly.

Just make sure to not sell your BTC for something like PayPal, PayPal not only dislikes Bitcoin (or they used to, some years ago), but they might also let the person you sell it to chargeback if you don't have enough credibility, leaving you out whatever value of Bitcoin you had, and pretty annoyed.

Yeah i do sell my bitcoins through localbitcoins too, i sell mine for cash, in my country we use other kind of cash, but i always try to find those users who pay with US dollars or Euros, i dont like to have my local cash because it is having a lot of inflation at the moment, and it is risky to have them because we dont know how much it is going to be worth in some months.
but of course, i dont have to give my identity or anything to the seller.

Doesn't localbitcoins require identification to trade over a certain amount? Of course you could always trade in person using localbitcoins as a point of contact but that defeats the purpose if wanting to stay anonymous.

i think bitcoin anonymous on blockchain transactions only, but to trade/exchanges it into fiat money in your country, you need to verified your account first (KYC) because of the law of every country due to fiat engagement, folks most suggested is to sell your bitcoin face to face to maintain your anonymity.

Have you tried out LocalBitcoins?

The limitation is that the buyers and sellers usually deal in smaller amounts.

There are peer2peer trading platform that you can use. We have localbitcoins.com which allows you to find available trader nearby to trade Bitcoin. If you want to sell it for cash. That's negotiable. But be careful because even localbitcoin is a reputable platform. It's still the person you deal with is you should worry about. Bad guys use this platform to get some victims. So be careful. Make sure you're in public place. So many people will notice if anything happen. Using exchanges that are complied to AML/KYC required their customers to give their identity in able to cash out your Bitcoin. Anyway, it's hard to convert bitcoin to cash without giving your identity these days. So i think you have no other options aside from localbitcoins.

It looks like it's not easy or secure to exchange BTC for common money. US and Canadian exchanges wants tons of personal data to setup account

You can always cash out anonymously through LocalBitcoins. No need to give any identity proof just give the guy your bitcoin and get the cash wired to your bank account. You can also meet the person over a cup of coffee and take the cash yourself.

Using LocalBitcoins would be your best bet if you want to be anonymous as possible.

Localbitcoin is the way to go although i would advise to take precautions, there are plenty of stories of people who try to trade with people there and end up getting robbed.
My advice would to use a user with a good track record and perhaps even better try an anonymous creditcard.

You can do it anonymously if you sell your bitcoins for physical cash on localbitcoins, there are a lot of sellers who are willing to buy your bitcoins paying you directly with cash, and you are anonymous if you sell them by this way, because there is not bank in the middle of you both, because it is a p2p exchange.
But i prefer to cashout my money by wire transfer using localbitcoins, it is more easy to sell.

How do you cashout your bitcoins anonymously then?

The moment you decide to exchange your bitcoin for fiat you cannot expect to remain anonymous you can take some measures to try to reveal as little detail as possible of who you are but it does not matter you are still going to risk your identity begin discovered, there is simply no way around that.

Face-to-face cash through localbitcoins.com is pretty anonymous. It can be more expensive though because someone has to take the time to meet with you.

Face to face meets aren't anonymous, by definition. But actually, my experience in two locations shows that the value for selling Bitcoins is much, much higher if you opt for non-online exchange, such as face-to-face meets. As of right now, both locations show rates >10% of the highest online buyer offer, and at much, much higher minimum buys.

And the reason why is simple: there's little or no protection for the seller. Think they busted several scam rings in India recently: lure people with high rates, rob them when they meet. With online exchanges, there's an escrow system that has never let me down in all my trades.

There are at least two exchanges I have seen in this forum that may not ask for verification for small amounts of cash sells. One's Russian-based, the other Ukrainian-based. Hint: go to russian local board and translate.
