Well, "good" is dependent on what you want from a casino. If you mean good in a house edge way than you will have to try to calculate which casinos offer the best house edge.

If you mean good as in entertainment value, than you need to find a casino with bunch of features that makes the games more than what it is at default, things they add to make it more entertaining. To me when I try to select a casino I do not care for any of that, I just care if a casino is trustworthy and won't scam me. That is all I care, play a fair game on a trusted known website. I usually play at bitsler because lets be honest devs have been around for years and have always been the trusted amazing owners.

I think I had discovered Crypto-Games back in 2014 or 2015, after reading about them here on the forum.

I think that any review and rating is a commerce, but at the first time it helps to make casino more popular and attract attention to the product to get feedback.

Rates on various websites is a good choice theoretically, but I don't believe in them, because a lot of people put some noname sites in the top because of getting payed for doing so. To me the best way to find a good casino is to scroll gambling section on bitcointalk, take a look at the casinos with signature campaigns that have positive trusted official accounts. Another attractive choice is casinos based on smart contracts. This way any trust risk is eliminated, but I believe that these casinos are pretty weak and expensive for now, so trusted members it is.

- Quick support response. This will be based from community response.

Trust is really hard to achieved so I guessed a popular ones will not waste their effort to make their site popular. Meaning choosing a reputable one will minimize the risks of being scammed*. No assurance that everything will be fine at the end but it's way better to minimize the risks.
