but its been 4-5 days and I notice got anything
I look in the blockchain and the address they told me to send the BTC to I can see my BTC in there wallet

There is no laundry service you can't wash bitcoin..

Yep OP. Chipmixer are good. They give you a private key at the end that hosts the clean bitcoins and with that you can do whatever you want (print it off/screenshotting for storing without sending the coins), import it into a bitcoin wallet or sweep them.
A quick google search for others will set you in place well for finding a mixing service you can trust (just skip past the ads).

Why do want clean the wallet bro. There are many people sweeping wallet one to another but the private key you have should be shared with the other wallet you have. Some online wallet still can be have the access with the wallet you have with them.
