You can't control your greed, if your problem with greed is solve then you won't even gamble anymore. People only gamble because of greed into money, normally a person that can control their greed won't try to gamble because they're good for what they already have and they are happy about it. So in short your strategy of controlling greed do not apply in gambling, don't be scared of lossing money is a strategy that I suggest, because I only win when I feel like I got nothing to lose.

Of course we can control our greed if we will stay discipline, we should be more matured and don't let our emotion to dictate us. We all need money but we should know our chances in gambling so we will make the right approach in gambling. Greediness will never give success to any person, may it be in gambling or different money making activities.

Every user know the chances of winning in gambling, but at instance they loss control leading to greediness and finally the result is frustrating. At times on continued winning users expect more profit can be earned and place more losing big, same way on continued losing place big amount to retain the previous loss losing big. If one can avoid this mentality then greediness can be kept under control.

There is nothing you can do rather than being lucky not to burn everything and put a dent in your bank roll,moving coins to an offline wallet is a good choice to control your urges and another thing you can do is to lock that site and block using your firewall or move your coins in a paper wallet and put in your bank locker so that you wont be able to touch that when ever you want.

yes luck is important factor but i think your experience your gambling skill and your way of playing gambling, your strategy and planing also play important role in marbling. specially in sports gambling, car racing and horse racing you can use your skill and experience for winning the bet. while in some format like dice games and slots we do not depend on our experience and skill. but there we mostly depend on our luck.

Agree with you being greedy is been there since the gambling started and created its been part of it. No one will be don't greed everyone is encountering lose and win its up to people how they can control this kind of emotion that the more they enjoy the game the more they stay on it until they can't control their self to play until lose everything.

yes not all people will become greedy once they start to play gambling. But those who wants to play gambling to make money that people will become greedy when they lose money in gambling. And most of the newbies will not play gambling to have just fun and entertainment. They look some easy money in gambling, but it is not easy in gambling. So in this process, they will lose control on games and become greedy. Self-control is the only solution to control greediness.

Your advice is right, Trading is always better than gambling. Learning trading is a better option to get a nice profit than do gambling which you should be lucky to win. Well greed is part of a human being, its hard to control greed especially if you are really into it, but to control greed you need to set in your mind that you need to stop when enough is enough. It is just part of us to bet more if we feel lucky but for me whenever I won on something like a slot machine I would actually stop and think what I can buy with the money that I doubled if I ever won but if I lose I would sit myself how much I'm going to spend. So you should learn self discipline so that you won't go bankrupt. Hope it helps Wink

I think that the only person that can overcome greed is the person that is gambling for themselves.

Greed is one of the worse traits that someone could have when their gambling, I would classify it being the number one trait that makes people lose their money by doing something really crazy.
A method to getting over that greedy feeling would be to limit the gambling sessions and only gamble once per day no matter how easy the other gambling matches look.
