I usually used limit for control my greed in gambling, I put my coin to a different wallet and that wallet i specially used only for gambling, I not only set limit for my losing but also for my winning, so I made up my mind whenever I passed that limit I will stop
As i know gambling is all about luck and how to control my greed, except sportbetting (of course need skill and strategy).
I have experience in gambling (casino), somtime i hit big only with faucet or free money and i can withdraw from that. but because my greed i always want more and more, then i'll come again with my money as bankroll. Bet more and hope win more, but because of that i'll lose my money little by little and usually i'll stop after my bankroll to be "0". I call that with greed.

I think to control the greed of gambling is not easy, not everyone can do it, especially when the money you use to wager is free. Sometimes you want to risk more bets, think about the worst possible scenario, if you lose you will lose money. You want to know how to control greed? Then it's very simple don't expect to win more and don't be greedy enough. When you win some amount already, accept it and don't ask for more. Because if you aren't going to be satisfied with the amount that you win, you will fall into addiction and you will be greedy for it.
best way is to create folder and start to track every earnings you've got from your gambling activity, if you can win at least 10-20% a day then stop comeback again the next day and just aim to win that range that will help you to get some earnings and begin to stop your greediness, practice well and keep it this way.

You need skill and strategy, yes. But even so it can be tempting that your pick is so good that you bet more than you would have on impulse. That obviously isn't a good way to bet at all, and should be avoided.
Greed is actually a disorder for most gamblers.
Most addicted gamblers have impulse control disorder, meaning that they are unable to control their impulses(duh).
Seek professional help. If you are bored, then you are more likely to gamble. Find something worthwhile to do.

I can't even imagine a user gambling without having any intentions of winning, that been said though it's true that chasing previously given losses or aspiring more and more profit would do nothing rather than just make you optimistic and hence loosing more in gambling.

Having a mindset that when you won atleast a little amount be fine at it and take it away with your capital,if you eager to earn more than the site gave you thats the time they will strike back to you and take all your money.Dont try to get easy money through gambling its not what gambling is for. In my own experience greed is always there if you are gamble even you made a large amount of profit you will be still greed and continue to gamble because they are not satisfied what they had.. so be satisfied what you had and you can be control your greediness..
you won't feel satisfied if you doesn't have self awareness, it's important to keep your self awake and didn't get carried away from doing gambling. Try to keep thinking your real life, family, and your future. Learn how much you already loss on your gambling and don't ever on having debt to get your bankroll.

But we cannot avoid the fact that we are really enjoying make money through gambling as it is looks very easy.
People just forgot how to take a risk properly , mostly just keep moving forward no matter how much they have lost.

if we want control greed should we dont thinking gambling as source to earn money.
But no gambler will be ready to accept this as they do believe like when there is no real money involved with gambling, there will be no meaning of engaging with it. Honestly I could not imagine a gambling world with no money. Just imagine the origin of gambling, it must got innovated just to challenge others just for some rewards. Yes, I am trying to mean that greedy is integral part of gambling and every gambler will experience it and will feel the pain of it. Only gamblers who are smart enough may be few exceptions here.

Luck is out of your control, you can't influence it in any way, so you need to change your approach to gambling completely. View gambling as entertainment and fun activity, wager only sums that you can afford to lose and don't view gambling as source of easy money. When you win, save those money for playing later or spend it on something for yourself. Gambling should bring happiness even if you lose, not frustration.

you must have a purpose like how much profit you want to get before gambling (10% from bankroll). you know if you win and get money greed will arise from you it's very difficult to control
that is very good advice, but i think that gambler shouldn't hope to win 10% from bankroll, when i gamble, i usually take my money back after i win 5% just to be sure that i don't lose too much. Once you start to win something you will probably get greedy so it is better to create some kind of "rules" that could protect you from losing too much, of course if you don't break them
