All you will need to do is to design a site if you know how to do that or hire someone to do all that for you and once it is done, start advertising your site. Just remember, not every site gets as much popular as some sites are right now.

You got the point but its not easy to start and make your own business with gambling that can turn to lose more a lot and i think much better to study it first survey if what people or bitcoin users want and add some unique in your business that they can try and i think more games more people will come be active on support this is what other want to and i think you can get their attention or more customer to stay ilong in your website.. ..

It takes a lot of money because it would take a lot of advertising. You would have to hire a designer, a developer, and then hire moderators to keep the chat box clean from trolls. And then there's advertising. Simply having a well paying signature campaign in this forum costs more than 1BTC a week, I think. You also need to have a good bankroll in your gambling site. Otherwise, you might end up going bankrupt when somebody hit the jackpot. When somebody hits the jackpot, you should have enough bank roll to recover.

User friendly for me is a when the gambling website have not much of going on in th screen. Like too much advertisement and too much movements. Kind of making me uncomfortable or getting distracted. I know there are people who feel the same way. Make it simple. Put some trees on the background or something green for it gets good for the eyes.

Everyone has different point of view like I personally like a site that is filled in most of the parts and a lot of data is there, not
meant to be bogus but at least the data should always be enough to keep the gambler busy.

While these things are secondary the basic requirements for gambling sites is : fairness, instant transactions ( at least withdrawals ) and a good support system with actual intention to help, like cloudbet's support is the one that make me seriously feel whether they are there to help or to demoralize a gambler lol

You can't create it yourself. To create a gambling website you need security so your users won't get easily hacked. So first you either start off with a team or you pay some company to create one for you. There are a bunch of companies offering to sell them, so you can check them out. What I would do is go to a company that is serious and let them make a secure, encrypted one for you.

I know some quite good sites that have no legal setup but actually are earning good bitcoins. So, while its good to get licensed and all but since the nature of BTC is anonymous hence easy to run it anonymously too.

What all matters making a gambling site is how much time you have to devote and can you match the required knowledge needed ? Because you cannot depend on a outside coder completely to be honest.

Exactly. Sites like freelancer.com are better however as the pay is much higher ($70 - $100 per hour of work done) but you'd still need someone to work full-time on your website only. So putting up an ad to hire someone full-time would be a good idea.
However even if OP could create and work on the website all by himself, I can't see such a website coming to fruition from them, not until they have the huge amount of money such project requires.

no doubt that a lot of experienced programmer who and web developer who will help you in creating your own bitcoin gambling site. but after this the most important job is how to attract people to your gambling site. you need a good marketing expert or need to run a signature campaign in this form through which you can attract a lot of people.
