I see no reason for anxiety for the early adopters and they are all staying within the profitable bracket. The anxiety has probably engulfed the late 2017 adopters.

That is just the point. Being anxious does not change anything. The late 2017 adopters think it is a gold mine where you just come and dig out a portion at will. It is not like that.

I think they should advise them to look back at Bitcoin's past, look back at the downgrade or look back at the anticipated bitcoin deaths, I think they will no longer be pessimistic.

I think there is no effective way to curb the anxiety of bitcoin holders.

Yes there is. Experience one complete boom and bust cycle and then the next one will feel fine.

Once you've been through one the next one will feel like a breeze. Not only are you likely to still be in the black no matter what the price does, but to observe the exact same emotions, whines and mistakes as the last one will reassure you that the exact same will happen again in the future.

I think there is no effective way to curb the anxiety of bitcoin holders. To become professional holders, you have to be patient. Only people with cold heads can become holders bitcoin. Some people do not have the patience and want to become the holders, and this is the reason why they fail

Whenever the price of Bitcoin or altcoin drops. I regularly spend time researching on ICO projects. Research on ICO projects will make me forget the fear of falling prices. You can try to apply this method of mine

The best way to control anxiety is to train yourself. If your self is not to try, you will become frightened and lost calm. When you lose your temper you will not be able to control yourself and you can accept Bitcoin for a low price

In my opinion, you just have to be determined to invest. If you're all about investing and not 'fast money' you won't be as worried.  Wink Just believe in bitcoin. It's improving very fast by comparison. I think it has a bright future ahead.  Grin

I think the way to get rid of the anxiety to overcome the price reduction is that we must be aware that in the infestation there is a profit and also the loss is already a common thing.the infestation is long term and short term, let's just say it is all a long-term infestation in order we are not confused to overcome the price decline.
the most fortunate of people who just know bitcoin in 2018. all coins have a very deep price decline and this is their time to invest.

if you are having anxiety because you have bitcoin it is possibly because of either one of these reasons:
1. you don't know what bitcoin is. you just heard about it and got excited to invest in the hopes of getting rich in a short time. you don't know what a decentralized censorship resistance currency means. learn more about bitcoin and you will have less anxiety.

2. you forgot about the first rule of investment and have invested more than you can afford to lose. it is not too late to remedy that. you can always sell a part of your investment so that you have less and you can afford to lose it.

Well, consider trading again or quit trading itself. By trading, if you won then you're out of the doubt you're having. If you didn't make it. Sadly another doubt.

Hi buddies, have you ever thought of ways to allay anxiety in most bitcoin hodlers pertaining to the fall in the price? Let us share.

I think those who have bought bitcoin around 2017 has either dump half in December and made a lot of profits or just holding a few and continue to keep buying in dips. But for much earlier adopter, I don't think that they are affected by this dramatic fall in the price. Holding is more of a mental thing, yes its really though, I guess the best thing to do if you are really a good investors is to long at your investment for long term and I hope that you really invest what you can afford so that you are not that impacted when the price goes down.

I see no reason for anxiety for the early adopters and they are all staying within the profitable bracket. The anxiety has probably engulfed the late 2017 adopters.

For them, this is an opportunity period to average out their buying price. But due to their past losses, a majority of them will not invest in bitcoin again. Because their past experience will hold them back. The best remedy for them is to increase their exposure into other less pricy and potential profitable coins. And Instead of talking HODL route dor those altcoins, they must book profits whenever possible. This way they can bring down the percentage of losses from crypto invest. I don't see any other escape route for them as of now.
Early enthusiasts and adopters of Bitcoin have enjoyed great profits for investing in Bitcoi because they held it from the time bitcoin had less value. I believe Bitcoin won't continue down the this path forever. So one way to also help new investors of Bitcoin who invested when the price was more than $10k is to have patience and hold for about a year.
