to deal w an immature girlfriend is simply by knowing the very reasons why she acted immaturely! set a heart to heart talk with her! also always see the best in her and try to understand her!! Give good commendations so that she will feel the love and belongingness! As much as possible dont criticize her infront of many people instead give her advise that would boost and uplift her spirit! Immature girlfriend needs an understanding boyfriend. Being immature sometimes is cute and sometimes piss you off but thats the way she is, I know you love the way she is, bear with it 
First of all, find the source of her immature actions. Maybe it's just her way of catching your attention. Second, you should always talk to her about this and not post it here. Ask her if she's in deepwater or just wants your time together. Lastly, understand HER side of the situation, ask yourself why is she acting immaturely? Do I give enough attention to my love? Am I missing something? You can always talk to her about this and make an agreement out of it.

You like to be patient, but in time there is a feeling that you will change your mind. And do not press against it and let know about your feelings, maybe you'll only torment her. 
Immature girls grow. You dont have to force them to be matured just because you want them to, their time will come, they will bloom, so just be still and watch them turn into a beautiful lady.
Just have a long long patience. Almost all of the girl have that kind of personality and we the boys are the one who required to understand them. But do not tolerate that kind of attitude, sometimes you need to talk to her about in his attitude because is has a possibility that she is not aware.
Totally agree with you on this. We girls sometimes have crazy attitude. There are times we are ecstatic and most of the time we are cranky spoiled brats. All you have to do is to give what we want just to avoid complications whatsoever. Also, don't forget to bring food on our PMS days.
