You can earn 1 btc doing 100.000 faucets with 1000 satoshi reward each. It would be relative easy if we had this high quality faucet amount on the internet. Or good satoshi generators giving maybe 10 satoshi per minute with some claims daily.
Why faucet owners that are famous, earn good profit and pay good rewards for users don't create more faucets? This way everybody can earn much more!

If you want to earn 1,000,000 satoshi everyday,dice is best option. 
this one is possible if you have skills but if not you just need to be more patient try to join with some signature campaign, so while you are still not getting any results just keeps what you're doing right 100k sat/day is not bad but then after you got signature campaign it will be an additional but if i were you just keep your faucet and make more ref that will gave you more sat.

And to OP, you should have dedicated that 4 months ranking up your account and you are probably a member rank and close to full member right now. You can use your account then joining on a signature campaign which will help you earn more bits. I doubt you'll achieve your 1m satoshi daily though.
you wont make 1mil satoshis everyday efortless. You could join Freebitco.in and try to roll high number. After that you can always gamble and try to multiply your bits, though its risky. I have seen a lot of people getting to greedy and in fact loosing all their bitcoins by gambling with them. There are many so called "techinques" on the web how to cheat on those bitcoins multipliers, but the sad truth is that it is always smarter than you and in a long term you will loose your bitcoins.

100K a day was a max but the effort to claim this much was to high.
Now days after adsense colapse there is nothing better then signature campaign.

He's a newbie, it'll take him at least a month or two to get to jr member, the lowest limit of a signature campsign. For now, I suggest you just keep posting here until you get to your desired rank. It will take a while, but it's all worth it if you want more bitcoin than from a faucet.
Eventually you will get to a point when you can just stop using faucets because the pay nearly maxes out at sr.member. At that point you could earn up to 25$ a week from a signature campaign, supposing you maxxed out your post count on a x daily max campaign like yobit.
